At the rear of this home is where you'll find a large great room set beneath a vaulted ceiling. Prepare meals in the well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, a dining table for four for meals, laptops, or family game nights, and a comfortable living area with a large leather sectional and a TV for streaming your favorite channels. If you're craving a little friendly competition, this home also features a converted garage game room with a Ping-Pong table, foosball, and a small pool table.

Out back, the fun really begins in the screened lanai containing a shaded and furnished patio and a sparkling, private pool with optional heat (for an additional fee).

For sleeping options, this home offers four comfortable bedrooms including a main room with an en suite bathroom and private access out to the patio.

Nice home away from home
The house was very nice and in a nice area. The only recommendation I have would fix the sliding door from the living room to the pool area as it was difficult to close, and it didn't lock. Other than that, it met our needs, and I would recommend to others.

Excellent house and location..my 2 issues were we didn’t know what coffee pot was there (we bought ground and there was a Keurig) and the tall kitchen bar chairs are very tippy…dangerously so…will certainly use this house again

Lovely villa, spacious & very clean. Great amenities, very comfortable beds. Looked exactly as the online photo’s on arrival. Quiet gated estate & easy driving distance to the theme parks & 192 area for restaurants & shops. We enjoyed our stay here, it was a perfect base & home from home.

Get together with old friends
We had three couples, all over 60, and found the house very comfortable. It was well located, about 15 minutes drive to restaurants and shopping. The only suggestion I would make is that the bar stools for the kitchen counter were not very stable, and two of them were very squeaky! Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!
