Nice Condo for relaxing !

Our stay was a good one - Angela was good at communicating and helped us out upon check in. The only issue was a scheduled maintenance of the main pool and hot tub for the entire 2 weeks we were here. Luckily there was a smaller pool to enjoy but the kids would have liked the bigger pool !

Overall out stay was assume. Had a hiccup our first night, but Angela diligently worked the kinks out. And because of us not staying out first night gave us another night. And VRBO refunded out money for our hotel stay.

Home Away From Home

I've been to a few vrbo's and by far this cozy place was the best for my family. Had everything you needed to cook, do laundry if need be, 2 showers 1 very large tub. Very spacious rooms. The pool and hot tub were amazing and well maintained. Some days we had it all to ourselves. Very good communication with the owner. This place is what you would consider move in ready. I would definitely book this place again. Thank you so much 💓

Falling Apart

This place is falling a part. The bathroom tiles are not secure, the recliner is torn up. The blinds are broken, the shower ring was hanging off, a vent fell off, something was wrong with the kitchen sink, a shower rod fell off when i tried to take the towel off, etc. Renters beware! Then, they did not leave the fob or respond to communications so we could acess the pool or clubhouse. It was just a place to sleep, but not comfortable or enjoyable.

Clean, nice gated community, far from anywhere

Clean and spacious, nice gated community with two pools. Ideal for a family. If using uber, consider that this place is very far and rural from anywhere. Each uber driver mentioned how rural and far away it was. If we had a car, then maybe that would be fine. Host communicative prior to booking, when booked I asked three times to send me a location so I could estimate uber trips, host never responded, this is bothersome. Numerous broken items in home, such as fan string broke when I pulled it, towel bar broke each time a towel was utilized and lock was broken and deterred our use of pool. Host responded immediately to broken lock and fixed the next day. However, indicated charges the guest if we do not return it, yet I wasn't able to use it. Overall, nice place, would be nice to have tv's in each room especially if traveling for guests and pools were nice.

There wasn't much not to like. Playground and pool onsite. Easy parking and easy to get in and out of. Safe neighborhood, right across from a school. If I had to be picky, I could say it was a little further away from the parks due to traffic and lights but I have been to Kissimmee and Orlando many times and am very patient and plan for traffic. All in all, I would absolutely stay here again!

Great Stay!

What a great place to stay! Very clean and well kept. Nice, quiet area, close enough to everything we wanted to do (Peppa Pig World, Legoland, Bok Tower) and people we needed to see (in Lake Whales and Bowling Green). The host was easy to communicate with and quick to answer any questions that popped up for us. Easy pool access ( two pools!) and just a short drive to see Lake Marion. We would love to stay here again!

Rough Start But Great Stay

When we arrived someone was in our unit. They had been booked by a 3rd party. They were given all the check in info by the host when she mistakenly thought they were part of my family. Once that was taken care of we were good. We stayed a little nervous knowing someone had the code to get inside our unit the entire week we were there but ultimately didnt have any issues. The unit is decorated beautifully and there was plenty of room for our family of 5. It is an upstairs unit which I dont remember reading anywhere. There is a chair in the front room that is messed up that pulls your hair every time you sit in it. It needs to have some duct tape or a throw put on it. All in all we had a great stay and it is a great place. Host communicates very well.

Property backs up to busy road that you can hear large trucks driving all night. Even in room in the front of house. Closest store is more than 20 mins away and very limited dining options. Definitely nothing healthy around
