On the positive side: large lobby, large pool, nice people. On the negative side: bathtub/shower is very small and not convenient. Replacing towels once every 3 days. Mattresses are not thick as in other hotels therefore are harder than what people are used to

Quelle belle arnaque! HĆ“tel fantĆ“me, poussiĆ©reux, vĆ©tuste Ć  Ć©viter. Je suis une habituĆ©e des hĆ“tels sur hotel.com tant sur le plan professionnel que personnel (soit plusieurs fois par mois). C'est la 1ere fois que je vois cela. Trouver un hĆ“tel vide, sans accueil, ni responsable, ni rĆ©ceptionniste, ni mĆŖme de l' eau dans la piscine. Aucun client non plus. Une responsable rĆ©ceptionniste qui arrive tranquillement 1h aprĆØs. Une fois arrivĆ©e, la chambre n'Ć©tait pas faite. Nous avons du attendre encore. Une fois la chambre accessible, porte bloquĆ©e, toilettes non fonctionnels, vĆ©tustĆ© des lieux, et propretĆ© qui laisse Ć  dĆ©sirer...De maniĆØre gĆ©nĆ©rale les services proposĆ©s Ć©taient totalement absents. Pas d'eau dans la piscine. Nous avons du quitter l'hĆ“tel. Nous Ć©tions sensĆ©s rester 3 jours. Aussi, la plage n'est pas exceptionnelle de ce cĆ“tĆ©. Tracez votre chemin. Vous Ć©viterez bien des dĆ©convenues...La responsable est une menteuse, le grand responsable aussi. Aucun geste, pour tous les dĆ©sagrĆ©ments causĆ©s mĆŖme pas un verre d'eau ou cafĆ© pour 1h30 Ć  poiroter.. Heureusement nous avons trouvĆ© bien mieux en terme d'hĆ“tel et pour moins cher ailleurs!
