Blue Argyrie, heated pool, luxury, brand new complex of two villas

The complex consists of two sister villas the one next to the other. Entering each villa from the ground floor, there is a spacious open plan area, offering breathtaking sea view through the large glass doors, with a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with all the needed electrical appliances and the indoor dining area with seating for 8 people. The living room area, consists of a large, comfortable corner sofa and a flat screen TV and has direct access to the main terrace and the pool.
Also, on the ground floor there is one of the bedrooms with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and amazing sea view. This bedroom has direct access to the pool area.
On the upper level there are the rest two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and balconies with sea view. All bedrooms are spacious, airy and they have been furnished in luxurious and contemporary style.

The outdoor area will be your favorite spot in both villas! An infinity pool and the outdoor jacuzzi in each villa offer the unique experience of swimming while gazing at the amazing sea view. Also, there is outdoor furniture with pergolas and shaded areas, as well as a BBQ area.
Our little guests can enjoy at the outdoor playground. Taking care of them the area has been planted with grass to avoid accidents.
The entire property has been crafted to help you relax and refresh yourself through your stay.
With a capacity to host 16 guests, this beautiful complex of two villas is ready to welcome you!

The famous beach of Falasarna is only 14 km from the villa and in the area there are many local tavernas and restaurants where you can enjoy the delicious Mediterranean cuisine.
The pool can be heated with an extra cost of 90 € per day and the jacuzzi at an extra cost of 40 € per day.

Amazing property

Best Villa we have stayed in Greece! Gorgeous views, fabulous fit out, incredible hosts!! Close to some of Cretes best beaches. Closest town Kissomos has great restaurants at Port and quiet little swimming beach. Cannot recommend more highly

Perfect Vacation

This property was amazing to work with from the very beginning, they assisted me with anything that I needed including offering a payment schedule . The property was absolutely beautiful and serene, exactly what we were hoping for. The hosts were gracious and even brought us some traditional greek foods to try. On our departure my in-laws had set up transport that had failed to show up and the host offered to take them to the airport so they didn't miss their flight which was so gracious and above and beyond. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect family vacation with beautiful views and an area away from all of the other tourists.

Super Urlaub!

Wir haben beide Villas gemietet und waren echt zufrieden! Die Objekte sehen super aus, die Aussicht ist Mega und jeder war zufrieden. Die Gastgeber haben sich gut um uns gekümmert, mehrfach Müll abgeholt und standen immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Stay at Kissamos

Our stay there was amazing but the owner are not nevertheless the owner are not people you can trust. Hidden costs (pool heating, Jacuzzi is optional). Told us the pool was 22 so we would pay for the heating when it was really 26. Now he wants to make us responsible for a damage that we did not commit. We did not make an inventory of fixtures on arrival or on departure. The damage was already there when we arrived. We took good care of both houses, the one with the damage was only used for sleeping and brunch, everything else was in the second house. They're asking me to pay €700, which I'm refusing because their way of doing things is not legal. They arrived at the villa at 10:30 and we were there until 14:00. They waited until we left to tell us about the damage. I don't think this is right at all and I'm very disappointed because once again we took very good care of both houses.
