The charming 48 sqm half-timbered store was lovingly built and furnished for up to 4 people. On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob with oven, a dishwasher and a dining area. On the top floor there is a small shower room and a romantic bedroom with a double bed. The little house has been warmly and charmingly furnished. It invites you to relax and unwind and offers extras such as TV, radio, DVD player and a free internet connection.
The half-timbered staircase is located with another holiday home on a 2000 sqm plot and offers enough privacy. The property is surrounded by bushes and bushes.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, es war wirklich alles da, sogar eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit für unseren Hund. Die Einrichtung und das Interieur waren hochwertig und nicht abgewohnt. Wir waren total zufrieden und haben wirklich nichts zu bemängeln. Absolute Empfehlung 😄👍

Romantisches Häuschen

Das Haus liegt auf einem separaten nicht vollständig eingezäunten hübschen Grundstück und es ist eindeutig hinsichtlich des Außen- wie Innenbereichs mit liebevoller Hand zum Detail gestaltet und stellt eine sehr gute Alternative zum Hotel dar. Die teils engen Räumlichkeiten wurden als sehr gemütlich wahrgenommen und störten uns daher auch keineswegs. Einzig die bauartbedingte recht steile Treppe in das Obergeschoß sind gewöhnungsbedürftig und für ältere Menschen sicherlich nicht zu empfehlen; insbesondere da sich das Badezimmer sowie das Schlafzimmer im oberen Geschoß befinden. Die Sauberkeit des Hauses wurde als sehr angenehm empfunden - leider gab es zwei negative Überraschungen (Zahnputzbecher; Fußnägel Couch). Dennoch bestand der Eindruck eines sehr gepflegten Hauses. Hinweis: Wir suchten über FeWo-direkt ein Haus, möglichst in Alleinlage, auch wegen unseren beiden Hunden, die es gewohnt sind, frei zu laufen. Die Bilder aus der Internet-Offerte zeigen nicht, dass sich wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt ein weiteres Ferienhaus befindet. Das Grundstück ist für beide Parteien zugänglich inkl. dem dort errichteten kleinem Kinderspielplatz. Diese Gegebenheiten wären für uns ausschlaggebend gewesen, das Haus nicht anzumieten. Wir hatten dennoch einen schönen Aufenthalt, da zum Anreisezeitraum das zweite Haus nicht vermietet war. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin kam nicht persönlich zustande, war aber absolut freundlich. Fazit: Das Haus ist für alle die eine gemütliche und hübsche Unterkunft für einen kurzen Aufenthalt suchen absolut zu empfehlen. Für alle Reisenden, die eine Alleinlage benötigen oder bevorzugen, ist das Haus nicht zu empfehlen.

Dieses kleine, wunderbar gemütliche Ferienhaus ist bestens ausgestattet, mit allen Details ausgestattet. Herzlicher Willkommensgruß ist ein so angenehmer Start in den Urlaub, auch mit Hund ! Sehr zu empfehlen !
