A spacious, newly renovated and fully equipped holiday home for 9 persons. It offers a large living room, 5 bedrooms, kitchen and 2 toilets / bathrooms.

On the lower floor are living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom.
Upstairs there are another 4 bedrooms and a large bathroom.

From the balcony you can enjoy the view of the forest and the landscape of the Hessian highlands. On the terrace is a barbecue for cozy evenings.

In a few minutes you can reach Ibra Lake, where you can swim and fish. In the summer you can also use water ski equipment.
In the directly adjoining wellness hotel there is a restaurant for catering as well as a sauna / pool area for wellness.

Es war sehr schƶn, die Zimmer waren wie beschrieben. Die Matratzen waren etwas weich, ist aber Geschmacksache. Bei Meldung von Defekten wurde sofort reagiert. Kontaktperson sehr freundlich. Sauna konnte genutzt werden, einfach zu bedienen.. Ausstattung KĆ¼che war sehr gut.

Leider nicht am See

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Die Matratzen mĆ¼ssen allerdings erneuert werden z. Teil sehr durchgelegen. In der nƤheren Umgebung gibt es einige schƶne Orte zu besichtigen. Keine Anbindung an einen Bus ..also nur mit dem Auto zu besichtigen. In der direkten Umgebung kein Restaurant.

Mixed feelings

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und auch der Check in verliefen top. Das Haus liegt in einer Feriensiedlung, was dazu fĆ¼hrt dass man eigentlich immer jemand hƶrt. Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen bzw. Nicht sonderlich hochwertig. ( Tisch wackelt, Ofen schlieƟt nicht dicht, Sauna leider auch nicht ganz). Das wƤre alles kein Problem wenn man nicht den Eindruck hƤtte, dass dafĆ¼r die Miete recht hoch ist, zumal am Ende nochmal 6% Nebenkosten dazukommen. Alles in allem hatten wir ein schƶnes Wochenende und auch GlĆ¼ck mim Angeln.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen

Unsere Freundesgruppe konnte hier eine schƶne Ferienwoche verbringen - wandern, im See baden, zusammen kochen und grillen (fĆ¼r die Sauna war es zu warm ;). Da wir mit FahrrƤdern / Bus angereist sind, sind wir sehr dankbar fĆ¼r die angebotene Hilfe beim Einkaufen. Vielen Dank fĆ¼r die unkomplizierte Buchung, Einchecken und Ɯbergabe!

Sehr erholsam

Ganz unproblematischer und entspannter Aufenthalt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Die Betten waren in Ordnung, alles sauber, Frau Iljaz sehr hilfsbereit und die Sauna ein Genuss. Weder in die Natur noch in die Stadt ist es weit.

Top ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in schƶner Lage

Wir waren eine 9er MƤdels Gruppe und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Top Ausstattung des Hauses, inkl. Raclette, Waffeleisen und Sauna. Schƶne Lage, fuƟlƤufig zum See. Die HaushƤlterin ist total aufmerksam und war immer erreichbar, Brƶtchenservice war super. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir hatten ein unglaublich tolles und stressfreies Wochenende. Das Haus ist super gepflegt und sauber. Alles hat ohne Probleme funktioniert. Frau Iljas betreut das Objekt super. Sie gibt sich so viel MĆ¼he und ist jederzeit erreichbar. Wir hatten eine wirklich ganz tolle Zeit und sind alle sehr begeistert. Das war bestimmt nicht das letzte mal, das wir da waren. Toller Aufenthalt

Wir waren eine MƤdelsgruppe mit 7 Personen, die ein tolles Wochenende dort hatten. Preis-/LeistungsverhƤltnis ist stimmig und die Sauna war ein echter Hingucker! Der Service war auch gut und alles verlief reibungslos und zuvorkommend! Der See ist in unmittelbarer NƤhe und im Sommer sicherlich auch eine Reise wert!

Ƅlteres Ferienhaus, aber sauber

Das Objekt ist in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt verlebt. Die KĆ¼che ist sehr klein! Der Weg zum See ist recht lang (das Objekt liegt in Dorf 4) und sehr steil!! DafĆ¼r sind die Felder zum Spaziergang schnell erreichbar. Es war sauber, die Betreuung durch die Hausverwaltung sehr nett und der Brƶtchenservice ist super!

Sehr schƶnes Haus!

Auf den Bildern exklusiver dargestellt! Benƶtigt eine grĆ¼ndliche Reinigung! Neue Matrazen sind nƶtig

Sauna ist groƟzĆ¼gig und schƶn. FĆ¼r ein verlƤngertes Wochenende prima. Es muss jedoch eine grĆ¼ndliche Reinigung erfolgen. Tote Falter in Lampen und VorhƤngen. Mƶbel und Ausstattung aus sehr kostengĆ¼nstigen Mobiliar. Matrazen dienen nicht der nƤchtlichen Erholung. Es wurde vorher auch nicht kontrolliert, ob GlĆ¼hbirnen defekt oder Batterien gewechselt werden mĆ¼ssen usw. Der Verwalter hat anscheinend sehr viel zu tun und wirkt sehr gehetzt, so dass er sich offensichtlich den Objekten nicht zufriedenstellend widmen kann.
