For the 3 days I was staying at the hotel I never once saw the cleaning staff vacuum the hallways. The floor was dirty. The baseboards were dirty and the corners were yellow. The vent in the bathroom was covered in dust. This hotel is run down and will continue to get worse. There was rust around the safety shower rail. The shower curtain rod had not been cleaned in so long that there were round dirty spots around the entire rod. The thermostat do not work well and I had to be moved to another room on the second day because no one knew how to operate it as it was so old. Some of the rooms have newer ones but I suffered from lack of sleep due to having to get up every hour on the hour to put the air on turn it off with the heat turn it off. This place is not worth the money at all. Made the complaint known to management and they were simply going to offer me $20 off my room rate. Fortunately, I booked with expedia.ca and I received accredited for one night's stay. Expedia also gave me a credit for future use. Do not waste your money.

Clean room and overall very spacious room and bathroom. The bed is very comfortable and I enjoyed the softness of the pillow and bedding. I wish they had some options for China plates and cups. Everything is paper or plastic!
