The one toaster that was available for all the guests to use in the morning didn’t work properly. Bread had to pass through it 3 times in order to get toasted. This delayed the process of getting food and caused delays.

First of all, the room had a faint smell reminiscent of Indian spices. The housekeeping staff should consider using an air freshener to maintain a more neutral scent. Secondly, the hotel does not provide body lotion for guests, and the front desk was unable to explain why this amenity is unavailable. Considering the high room rates compared to other hotels, the overall value is disappointing. It seems the hotel is taking advantage of increased demand from Agawa Train Tour guests. Overall, this hotel does not meet expected standards and should be rated as poor.

The carpet in my room was soaking wet around one side of the bed. They brought in a fan to dry it out. We were offered a smaller room but my husband did not want to change as he was unpacked. 1St room had a pillar in the middle , and the shower tap wouldn't work. requested a different room and was quickly arranged . This room did not have a pillar and the taps in the sink & shower worked great. The staff was exceptional and deserve full credit.

Breakfast was overcooked and not taste full. Didn’t like sausage. Rose wine from restaurant tasted like a seltzer. Downtown area old and appeared to be unsafe for 2 elderly customers. Waterfront was beautiful. Staff worked hard for cleanliness. Alot of noise first night (after fight exhibition in hall). Other 2 noghts were bettrr
