On our way through the Sault

We were on our way through to Winnipeg and this was a one night stay. The location is lovely right by the water, where you can go for a nice walk along the boardwalk. There is also a mall across the street. There is parking that is covered and right behind the hotel, very convenient. The room was clean and the people were very nice. The condition of the hotel was a little rough. The room had old furniture. The TV did not work (we called the desk, someone came and tried to get it to work but was unable to do so. It was really an internet issue with Rogers so not their fault) They had updated the bathroom- which was nice), the sleeping area was tide/clean but needed a much overdue refurnishing. The breakfast was the standard breakfast and we had a few options to choose from, my only comment would be that they could use more fruit other then just oranges. The hotel served its purpose and if you need a one night on your way through, its a good value.

AC didn't work. Room was very warm all night. Restaurant / games area was a fun idea, but pool tables were not as maintained as they could be. Misleading info about 1/2 price appetizers, as there were certain selections that were NOT applicable; when i ordered these, that should have been clarified. Good food otherwise.

Hotel was clean but the breakfast did not have a waffle machine. The restaurant and bar attached to the hotel did not seem family friendly. Hotel was dated but room was clean

Everything about our stay was good for the one night we stayed. Breakfast was nice and had a few options, Soo Blaster Arcade and lounge was fun to visit. Overall a good experience!
