We like the location, but the rooms were not clean and everything felt very old. The toilets were often stuck and too low for anyone taller than 1m65, and they required multiple flushes to clean properly. Breakfast was very simple with poor quality, although the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, our window view was directly facing garbage, so we had to keep the curtains closed the whole time.

Towels were not clean. Hotel is quite old and well overdue for a makeover. Carpet is very old. Room had a distinctive smell to it.

Dirty sheets and friendly staff

Staff were friendly and helpful. When we entered the room we noticed the condition of the furniture, dated and dirty. Everything had either a stain on it for a layer of grime. Turning the sheets down we noticed how wrinkled both beds were and hair all over the sheets. We asked for another room but the place was full. The front desk person was on his own and came up with clean sheets but had to replace again as one set had stains on them. The bathroom was dull and dated, tub had water ring stains. View was a ransacked dumpster so could not open the window. Absolutely no security, anyone can walk in off the streets and wonder around the hotel from the main level bar off Queen or front entrance off Bay. We did notice a few strays in the building. Over all, staff are friendly and pre check in saved a lot of time ! We will definitely never stay here again

Not worth the price. Staff weren't the most helpful. Breakfast wasn't very good and there were fruit flies EVERYWHERE in that room. So gross.

Very Nice Place To Stay

This is a very nice place to stay, especially if you want to take the Agawa Canyon Train Trip. It's very close. Parking is under the hotel but there is plenty of room to pull in between the concrete support beams. We've been in places where you could barely park between them. I recommend staying here. The staff are all very friendly.
