Comfortable seating, garden views and a traditional wood-burning stove make this a welcoming space throughout the year. In summer, sunlight pours into the room while the garden provides a tranquil backdrop. In autumn and winter, guests can return from a day exploring the Cairngorms, light the stove and settle in for a cosy Highland evening.



The adjoining dining area provides plenty of space for family meals, planning the next day's adventures or simply spending time together after a day outdoors. The cottage combines comfort and practicality with one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it well suited to families, couples travelling together or small groups exploring the Highlands. A separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer is ideal for longer stays and for guests returning from walking, cycling or outdoor activities.
