, I was booked into room 201. It looked dated and depressing. The ac leaks water on the floor which I slipped in luckily I did not fall You would have a law suit on your hand,I reported it and they fixed it but only for one day . The shower cubicle had dirt and moulds between the tiles at the entrance Tiling of bathroom shower flooring must have being done by a cobbler. Bathroom sink tap need a good clean
Wall paper falling off the wall in the bedroom. Then to make things sound system was allowed to blur out loud disgusting music until about 2am. We could hear every single world the DJ was saying. It was like we were present at the Pepsi costume party. my windows vibrating most of the time ,I have to turn the TV off because I could hardly hear it . The only thing I enjoy at Terra Nova is the breakfast the kitchen staff did a good job and also the severs . We were promised complementary cookie in the evenings we only get once after 14 days stay. The only thing we get complementary is two bottle of water is this a joke. There is no instant coffee we have a coffee maker which I don't know how to use I call room service when he come he did know how to use it either. I have to drive up to mega mart on Waterloo rd to buy instant coffee and milk We had call room service to get milk but have not received this .Shortage of clothes hanger in closet. only two to have up our coats.This is what we pay £2500.00 for two weeks. Well not again I would go to Pegasus and pay a bit more .
