The room was large, the view great, and very clean. My only complaint was about parking for a truck - you had to park across the road in a municipal lot for $24 per night. Sorry - not all of us drive compact cars.

C'est un vieille hôtel, tout est rénové, propre et le personnel est gentil. Il y a beaucoup d'itinérance près de l'hôtel, pour certaine personnes cela pourrait être intimidant, mais pour ma part c'est ça ne m'a pas dérangé. En ce qui concerne la chambre d'hôtel, nous avions séjourné au début de la semaine et tout était très bien, en revenant nous avons décidé d'y séjourné à nouveau, le prix était supérieur de 70.00$ la nuit, mais bon nous le savions. Toutefois la chambre était tellement petite, le climatiseur est à 1 pied sur le côté du lit, impossible de dormir lorsqu'il ne marche pas parce que c'est trop chaud et aussi impossible de dormir parce que trop bruyant lorsqu'il fonctionne. Une nuit blanche à l'hôtel ouf! On ne peut croire que cet hôtel loue un endroit aussi petit et ce même s'il est mentionné que c'est une petite chambre. Il y a petit et petit, mais bon elle était propre. Donc si vous voulez passer une nuit blanche c'est la chambre idéal, si ce n'est pas votre désire et qu'il n'y a plus de chambre normale, trouvez un autre endroit. Nous considérons quand même que c'est un hôtel bien.

Location was great. The room was clean. When having the room done, only towels were replaced but the bed was not made. Some of hotel was used for indigenous health services and there was more security at the front desk that reception staff. The breakfast was lacking.

On the night we checked in I was trying to call the front desk to ensure I had a gluten free option for our 'to go' breakfast the next morning. It rang for about 5 minutes and I eventually gave up. As it happened the gluten free breakfast option is always available so I didn't need to speak to them. It would have been nice to get an answer though.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—right in the downtown area, with easy access and a beautiful view of the lake. The facilities were very clean and well maintained. Special thanks to Gabriela at the front desk—she was very professional and extremely friendly. She helped us with the check-in process, and everything went smoothly. The hotel offers parking next to the building. It's a bit hidden and on the smaller side, but there were plenty of spots available during our stay. There is an extra charge of 20 CAD. Breakfast is available from 7:00 to 10:00 a.m., which was very convenient. The room we booked had a lovely view, and there are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Overall, a great option if you're looking for comfort, excellent service, and a prime location.
