Great location with most of downtown Kingston within easy walking distance. The room we had was lake view, over the harbour. This hotel is definitely showing signs of age/wear and tear. While our room was okay the hotel itself needs a refresh. Parking is NOT free and cost us $45 for our 2 night stay.

The room was clean and overlooked the lake. The view was nice. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom is small and needs updating. The continental breakfast was convenient in the morning but nothing special. There was no where to park when checking in. The location is fantastic for exploring downtown Kingston. The room was pricey for what it is but it was the long weekend.

room was clean and great view of the lake. breakfast included. Couple of things though there is some sort of resident treatment center in the hotel so was a little surprised by that. We had two queen beds one headboard fell off the wall during an intimate moment making for an awkward experience along with some laughter. The room was clean and 1/2 the price of others close by.

The hotel staff was very friendly. The bed was comfortable. The bento breakfast was easily one of the best complimentary breakfasts I've had recently. We enjoyed eating it in the park next to the hotel and watching the boats in the harbor. Lots of great dining options and activities in the park.
