Everything was good to excellent. The only tarnish during the stay is that the room's keys often did not worked and we had to go to the recepion to have the keys reset. The was attentive and welcoming.

Nothing like the photos. The lobby is pretty decent actually with a gas fireplace and the checking people were friendly but the hallways and rooms are really bad. Hideous brown paint on everything, nasty stained carpet, our room stunk, nothing was clean, mystery stains on everything, I will sleep in my truck next time. Can't believe this place cost me $160. I imagine this is what section 8 housing must be like. Pay extra and get an air BNB or better hotel. I'll never stay here again.

Sad - But It Has Potential

Place was clean and adequate enough for a one night stay to see a local show downtown. However, the clientele in our area of the hotel was a war zone. First off upon entering the hotel they sent around back to a dimly lit entrance. Five hoodlam looking guys were smoking cigarettes and weed within 10’ of the entry door. We had to make two trips back and forth past them, not great. Then the guy in the room next to us was either overdosing or puking his brains out or maybe both at 3:00 am and then he was yelling and squawking for the next two hours. Then there was a fight in the hallway right outside our door and the walls are paper thin. Never fell back asleep.
