Enjoy a snowbird-friendly waterfront getaway right on the desirable Colorado arm of Lake LBJ! Unwind on the patio and admire the lake views, or head to the water to experience it firsthand. Bumpers and ropes are provided on the new dock. Launch the provided kayak, canoe, and stand-up paddleboard for fun days on the lake. There's even a large swim mat to create a floating island.

A spacious yard offers plenty of lakefront space. A gas grill and alfresco dining invite cookouts by the water as you blissfully lounge and enjoy the scenery.

Perfect for families, this retreat is made up of two vacation rentals. In each building, there are two bedrooms and one full bathroom. Find four smart TVs and a Nintendo Wii. The common areas in the main house create a cozy, lodge-like vibe. Kick back and watch a movie in the welcoming living area. Or prepare delicious meals in the modern kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of sleek stainless steel appliances and handy gadgets like a Keurig. When you're ready to eat, enjoy dinner with a view in the dedicated dining area.

The property was perfect for our multiple family sleeping arrangements. Getting in and out was a breeze. The porch and rocking chairs was quite peaceful in the mornings to enjoy coffee and watch the kids fishing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

we’ve stayed here in the past and it’s always been a great place to stay at. We love the separations of the rooms and how spacious the home is. the kitchen has every dish you can think of to cook and eat with. lots of towels and blankets use. and this place is pet friendly as well! we loved being so close to the water. Great waterfront and beautiful view of all the activities happening on the lake. Awesome spot for 4th of July - easy access to Kingsland fireworks near BoatTown and individual properties all around the house had fireworks on 4th and 5th. Would definitely book again!

The only issue we had with this was the beds weren’t very comfortable and it would have been really nice to have an extra mini kitchenette for coffee in the second house because it’s very noisy going in and out of the main house if others are still asleep. I highly recommended this spot for two families with kids… the sleep set up greatly accommodated this! It’s a lovely spot on the water. We loved sitting by the river having coffee in the mornings. Side note, boats fly by really fast creating quite a bit of wake that can be dangerous for kids trying out the kayaks.

We had a great time at this property. It was comfortable for large groups since there are 2 units on the property which offers additional privacy but the main living space makes it easy to gather and mingle. There are 2 rooms which look out over the water, and the other rooms are comfortable as well. There were welcoming/thoughtful touches and they were very communicative as well throughout the process. Would definitely stay here again if we return to the area!

Awesome lake house and time

Plan on visiting again. The owners did a great renovation on both buildings. Alots of space and had relaxing time. Even went swimming thanks to my grandson. Water a bit chilly!

Need a place to dock your boats

Fantastic place in every way, except no place to tie up your boats, which was the whole purpose of our trip. It does say in the printed listing dock not available for use, however we just saw the dock and upper deck in the photos and ASSUMED they were part of the rental. (Our fault, no fault on the part of the property management)
