Within a stones throw of Royal Sandringham, Norfolk Lavender, Snettisham sailing club, the cliffs of old Hunstanton, the historic port of Kings Lynn, and its miles of beautiful coastline. It is a spacious property with a walled garden and ample outside space and furniture, its newly renovated to a high standard. Property is clean and well appointed. Beds nice and comfortable and discreet areas downstairs for dining, eating etc.There is no parking at the property itself but I found it easy to park on the road across from the house. Pubs nearby excellent and busy with good food. Well located to explore Sandringham / Hunstanton and beyond. I would visit again. I would note that there is a large step down from the hallway to the kitchen. which my 80 yr old mum found quite difficult to navigate unaided and may be an issue for small children too. But other than that highly recommended.
