Great venue - really close to the sea and excellent walks.
Lovely relaxed atmosphere and good breakfast available.
The host was very friendly and accommodating.
Overall a good relaxing break
My only complaint is that our stay couldn’t be longer (due to our own travel plans). Location, amenities, and hosts are all wonderful. Would def stay again.
This property was cozy and clean. The room was well taken care of and even when we had trouble finding the property the owner was readily available by phone to help direct us! Breakfast was available the next morning and we enjoyed our stay!

Super comfortable cottage
Lovely fitted out warm and cozy cottage, really close to south beach. Friendly and nicely set out grouping of holiday stays. All clean and everything worked. Recommended.
It was a lovely property with very attentive hosts and wonderful breakfast. I did feel however that there were rather too many text messages and emails after booking .
Very rustic and comfortable stay , the great big sky window above the bed I first thought was going to be a problem however it gave us the best night sky experience of stars and witnessed an shooting star ❤️
The hosts are very friendly and welcoming
Friendly welcoming hosts started our stay off really well, then we were escorted to our accommodation, a lovely good sized, pleasantly decorated room and bathroom. We were pleasantly surprised by the tea, coffee and biscuits, fresh ground coffee beautiful choc chip cookies. Breakfast was hosted and provided a hearty breakfast to set you up for the day. Proximity to the beach is fantastic and Heacham is a pretty Norfolk village. We had a lovely couple of nights and will definitely be returning again.
Lovely room with a very comfortable bed. Good amenities with fridge, kettle and hairdryer in room. Lovely electric burner which was very efficient and warmed the room quickly.
Bathroom amenities are natural and smell really nice.
Breakfast is self serve with eggs produced on site, which are very tasty. Good selection of cereals, yoghurts, teas, bread, crumpets etc
Hosts are very friendly. Recommend and we will more than likely be back.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Asked for 2 beds and got a double bed instead
Thought breakfast was going to have a cooked option
We stayed in the Churnery room for 2 nights on a B&b basis. Good size room with has been refurbished to modern standards. Everything supplied that is needed for a short stay - smart TV, fridge, tea/coffee making, hairdryer, bottled water, etc. Continental breakfast is excellent, wide choice including facilities to freshly cook your own boiled and scambled eggs. Both Nigel and Carol were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Short stroll to south beach is a must at sunset to see the sun disappear into the wash. We'll definitely visit again.
We really enjoyed our stay. The room was lovely and also cosy to relax in when we needed to. Lovely separate room to have a continental breakfast in and a time to sit and have a chat to other people staying there. We had three dogs. They were very good and relaxed in the room. It was taking a lovely Hotel room and putting it in the country side. Nigel the owner was very friendly and helpful if we needed to know anything. Thanks for our lovely few days break. Kathy and Rob

This property was in an ideal position for the beach and the host Nigel was great, breakfast was very adequate and offered a good choice of cereals yogurts and bread . Eggs were available to have either scrambled or boiled. Tea coffee and orange juice was readily available. However first impressions of the site and room were a bit disappointing !The room lacked a good standard of cleanliness and our sheets were a bit on the grubby side. Saying that we did enjoy our two nights there but would have not wanted to stay longer. Good for a short break!
