We go through Kingman all the time & have never had an issue with this La Quinta until now. On the morning of checkout at 9am my husband went to take the dog out and upon his return found the maid had 1. entered 2. left our door open 3. thrown out our dogs Christmas sweater he was supposed to take pictures in. Of course she denied ever seeing the LITERAL bright green velvet Christmas tree with 20 little bells on it for ornaments. My husband ended finding it in the outside trash area! I can’t believe in 15 mins she forgot. Liar

Everything was good except for the excessive unnecessary fees. For example, tax on pet fees ($25/night tax) and late check out ($20/ hour tax), which other hotels never do. We are frequent travelers and some hotels just charge a flat fee for pets, not with tax. I feel as if the hotel wants to take advantage and make money as hidden fees from customers.

La Quinta is located next to hospital where my mother was admitted , as you know being near love one is extremely critical which makes this particular hotel a must. The staff is friendly and helpful, always a kind word attending to our family's needs as soon as possible I would recommend staying for an occasion.
