"The hotel was clean and we arrived at lunchtime thinking our room would not be ready until it 4 and it was ready. Only criticism is my daughter was looking forward to the train and it wasn’t running. Dinner was also a disaster. We booked for 6:45 and asked could we have the kids food as soon as it ..."
