Definitely a Boutique

The staff was so friendly, from the phone to front desk. They were very accommodating for a late checkout. The room was huge and cute. The facility was so cute with lots to se e and use for fun. Definitely going to come back.

I found a dead cockroach in our bathroom. Room service only came once after 5 days of our 6 day stay. One morning someone walked right into my room while I was sitting there. He apologized, explained that he was from Best control and had thought the room was empty. The lobby doors have posted hours of 6am-midnight. On the day we checked out, the doors were still locked at 7 when we had to head to the airport. I was not able to get a hot beverage for the ride, slid the room keys in between the doors and called the hotel number to tell them. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

Terrible experience! When I arrived they gave me a hotel that had a leaky tub and rust, then gave me another room where I had an allergic reaction and refused to do anything about it. I left immediately

I am from Killeen and picked this hotel because the pictures looked nice and reviews were good. This hotel is better suited for extended stay. When I arrived there was a note on the door to call a number. The girl came running from a room. A guy came in shortly after her. The room, while clean, needs some attention. Breakfast was decent. Hotel was not worth the $90 I paid for it. I could have picked a chain hotel for the same price and received a better hotel room.
