Room was clean, beds were comfortable and although an older property it seemed well maintained. The ice machine on the first floor wasn’t working but a convenience store was right next door with drinks, ice and snacks.

I made my reservation on line but for the next day. I spoke with the manager and they told Me that all i have to do is talk to Expedia’s customer service for them to make the request so i did but cs claims they cannot get a hold of the hotel while i was in the area no phone rings. The manager told me to pay for jy night and they will refund when expedia ca contact them..i don’t know if the property people refused or expedia customer service didnt do their job but i will Never book them again

The patrons at this hotel were very suspicious. If my husband was not with us, I would not have stayed there. They could not issue a refund when we asked. We asked for a refund because it was unclear if we were getting a smoking or non-smoking room. The TV didn't work even with me using my hot-spot and trying to screen cast from my phone. The beds were very uncomfortable and on an unsteady platform. The only positives were it was an affordable room as we were only needing a place to sleep as we were just passing through for less than 10 hours and the shower was good. We weren't even comfortable eating the complimentary breakfast because of our surroundings.
