We were lucky to get early check in, the process was smooth and friendly. Our room was excellent, large and clean, it all felt new and good quality. The bed was so cosy!!! Gorgeous duvet and comfy mattress! The bathroom is large and clean with a walk in shower.
Our room was to the back of the pub in a separate building, so no noise disturbance, it was very quiet at night.
Cunningham's bar is a lovely old fashioned type pub, plenty of seating, delicious food and a good atmosphere. All the staff wre friendly and helpful. It was busy on a Saturday night with live music.
There are parking spaces but they were full, so we had to park up on a wide path with a kerb - not ideal, bumped the underside of the car coming off it. However it was free and on-street parking is not.
