Average and suitable for the basics.
Pros:Staff and breakfast were good. Good amount of parking.
Cons:Room features and maintenance, such as working fridge, working electrical outlets and USB connectors. More comfortable beds.
Location:On the outskirts of town.
Arrived with a few issues with my Wotif booking. At first hotel staff were unable to locate the Wotif booking, and then additional costs were required once the booking was found.
The room had electrical outlets that would not work, and some outlets were an EU plug and not the expected UK/Ireland plug.
Fridge was broken and when staff replaced the fridge it was very noisy. Staff were mostly ok and able to help. Ample amount of parking and hotel was relatively modern for the location.

Pros:Easy parking out front, good fitness facilities, clean room
Central location in Letterkenny, easy parking out the front.
On arrival I asked if there was an event on because there were so many people dressed up in the foyer, was told there was a wedding on in the hotel and it wouldn't disturb us as our room was far enough away; turned out we could hear the music quite loud (nearly make out the songs) until midnight from level 3 as our window faced above the function room. Glad we hadn't planned to get to bed early.
One night it felt like we were ignored by bar staff when trying to pay for our food and drinks, they kept serving others that came up to the bar after us.
The bathroom was a bit unmaintained, the bathroom door had a metal stopper stupidly mounted in the middle of a floor title which was cracked right through. That metal stopper was also very dangerous because you could easily stand on it getting out of the bath/shower and cut your foot. The tile next to the broken one looks like it had been replaced as the grout was missing.
