The 4,500sq ft property is situated on circa 2.5 acres of mature gardens/lawns, with a number of fine Monterey Cypress Trees. A quite recently added sun room affords an even better first impression of the quality which the property delivers within. Outside in the gardens there is a large gazebo with central four-person hot tub under a glazed roof apex, this is an inspired all weather addition for night-time star-gazing & stunning day & night-time views out over the waters to Courtmacsherry.
