Quiet hotel, good location, proper price relation.

Good location in the center, quiet neighborhood close to old town and impressive opera house. Excellent service, helpful front desk staff, comfortable beds. However, clean but old style bathroom where door makes noise when opening and shower in a bathtub difficult to enter for some people with orthopedic problems.

Warm greetings at all times from staff and a comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. My only concern was a background sound, or hum, I assume from the air-con or heating services, that was present the entire time. Took a while to get to sleep. I stayed just the one night so no big deal.

What a nice hotel . Staff very friendly and helpful. I was staying 4 nights. The hotel has great food and amazing location to the city you can walk. The last night the people next to my room were very noisy but the lady at the reception was very professional and gave me another room . She was very helpful. And next day book me a taxi to the airport. I will be stin this hotel again. I had chance of staying few hotel around Bydgoszcz but this one is definitely the best. And got great deal for stay. Das Hotel ist wunderbar im Stadtzentrum gelegen, verfügt über einen überwachten Parkplatz, eine großartige Begrüßung und ein hervorragendes Personal beim Frühstück am ersten Aufenthaltstag. Es gab verschiedene warme Gerichte zur Auswahl und die Freundlichkeit gegenüber den Gästen war beeindruckend. Zimmer ist angenehm, sinnvoll eingerichtet und alles sauber. Aber für 4 Sterne brauchtes mehr: 1. kein Pool 2. großes Frühstücksbuffet ohne jedes Highlight (kein Bacon, kein Lachs) 3. TV nur 10 gruselige polnische Kanäle, nichts für ausländische Besucher. 4. Wasser und Instant-Kaffee-Tütchen wurde nicht aufgefüllt 5. "kostenlose Toilettenartikel" bedeutete Duschhaube und Flüssigseifespender - ENDE! 6. "Minibar": auf dem Tisch steht ein Kärtchen mit Preisen für Minibar. Diese war jedoch leer.
