Property was clean. Overlooked the pool. Good air conditioner although a bit finnicky at times. The elevator was out during out stay and this unit is on the third floor so we needed to bring our bags up the stairs. Our kids used the sofa bed and air mattress which was fine for them. In the evenings, there is one sofa so limited space to watch TV with the whole family. Good walking access to Charley Young beach where the kids liked to boogie board. Also close to night life and restaurants.

I highly recommend this property and host. The property was well situated and we were able to easily walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. the condo was clean and comfortable, and well stocked with necessities. The pool was well enjoyed by the children with us. The host was attentive and responded very quickly to any questions or concerns. We were provided a thorough list of recommended activities, and check in and check out instructions were clear and concise.

This condo was a fantastic find with its perfect location within a short walk to the beach, making beach days incredibly convenient. We spent every evening at the beach watching the sunset. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing a great home base for exploring the area. We especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the well-maintained grounds, including the pool. Whether you want to relax by the water or explore nearby attractions, this place is an excellent choice.
