Affordable top floor ocean view Kihei condo, minutes to beaches&restaurants etc.

ALOHA AND WELCOME TO P-410 AT MAUI BANYAN!

Thank you for considering our ocean-view condo in sunny South Kihei. We are pleased to begin welcoming vacationing guests again after pausing rentals for 18 months to provide housing for a Lahaina fire survivor family.

Enjoy the best of South Kihei at Hale Makou, a refreshed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom top-floor end-unit condo at Maui Banyan Resort. Directly across from beautiful Kama‘ole Beach Park II, this comfortable retreat sleeps up to six and offers ocean, West Maui Mountains, and Haleakalā views.

Relax on either of two private lanais, prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen, or unwind in air-conditioned comfort after a day exploring Maui. Complimentary Wi-Fi and one included parking space add convenience to your stay.

Maui Banyan Resort features two swimming pools, hot tubs, a tennis court, and barbecue areas. Walk to the beach, nearby restaurants, and shops, or use the condo as your home base for discovering everything Maui has to offer.

Hale Makou is your comfortable island retreat—ideally located for beach days, spectacular sunsets, and memorable Maui adventures.

IMPORTANT VACATION-RENTAL CONFIDENCE

Maui Banyan is located in a Maui County Hotel-zoned resort area.
For guests, this is an important distinction. You can book P-410 with the confidence of staying in an established South Kihei visitor lodging property, not an uncertain or questionable vacation-rental location

TOP-FLOOR END UNIT - COOLER SIDE OF THE BUILDING

Our condo is located on the cooler north side of the P building at Maui Banyan Resort. This helps the trade winds pass gently through the condo, keeping it comfortable day and night.
As a top-floor end unit, P-410 gives you more privacy and a relaxing place to return after a full Maui day.

The elevator makes arrival easy. Bring your luggage up to the 3rd floor (which is P building 4th floor), enter your door code, and step into your home in paradise.

OCEAN VIEW + MOUNTAIN VIEWS + TWO LANAIS

Both lanais look out to the Pacific Ocean, the West Maui Mountains, and Haleakalā. We'll be honest — these aren't wide, wall-to-wall panoramas, but they are real views: enough ocean to spot a whale breach in winter (then walk across to Kama'ole II for the show), and both mountains keeping you company.

Morning coffee, afternoon reading, work breaks, and evening conversation all feel better from a Maui lanai.

REMOTE WORK FRIENDLY

Need to work while you are on Maui?
P-410 includes helpful remote-work conveniences so you can stay productive between beach walks, island adventures, and sunset time.

Remote-work features include:
- Printer / scanner
- 26-inch monitor
- 24-inch monitor
- Dual-monitor capability for compatible laptops
- USB-C connection required
- Comfortable condo setting for working between vacation activities
- Easy access to the lanais for fresh-air breaks.

Please bring a laptop with USB-C monitor capability, or the appropriate USB-C adapter for your device.

This setup is especially helpful for guests who want to extend their Maui stay, work remotely part of the time, check in with the office, attend online meetings, or keep up with school or business needs while enjoying South Kihei.

COMFORTABLE, REFRESHED, AND VALUE-PACKED

Winter 2026, we completed an extensive refresh of this fully furnished condo, with comfort, convenience, and value in mind. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals at home. It includes dishes, glassware, cookware, cooking utensils, large and small appliances, and basic spices/seasonings.
For your arrival, we also provide a starter supply of paper goods, laundry detergent, kitchen detergents, bathroom soaps, and shampoo/conditioner.

Whether you are making breakfast before the beach, packing snacks for the day, or enjoying dinner at home, the kitchen gives you flexibility and value during your Maui stay.

No searching for parking after a long day.
No need to pay to do laundry.
No need to rent or buy basic beach gear.

Pack a few snacks, grab your beach gear, walk across the street, and you are ready for a day at Kama'ole II.

WALK TO BEACHES, DINING, AND SHOPS

One of the best parts of staying at Maui Banyan is the location.

Kama'ole Beach Park II is directly across South Kihei Road — about a 3-minute walk from your door to the sand. Kama'ole I and Kama'ole III are also within easy walking distance.

That means you can enjoy multiple beaches without loading up the car, finding beach parking, or planning your whole day around driving.

Nearby you will find restaurants, shops, beach rentals, cafes, and casual dining options. P-410 is a great home base for guests who want a walkable South Kihei vacation.

A Maui Bus stop is also close by for guests who prefer to use public transportation for some outings.
