Elua 1310 Oceanfront - Family Managed-Full Condo Remodel Completed 9/25!

(9/17/25) We just wrapped a full condo remodel of our oceanfront home and am bringing the unit back online!

Elua 1310 is in the closest building to the beach with 120 degrees of unobstructed ocean views and sits next to the famous Wailea Beach walk.

You are just steps away from the beach, Elua's main pool and pavilion, and a one-minute walk to the second pool and hot tub. Elua is a large complex, so check out a map on the web before booking, some units may be in another zip code!

You have easy access to Ulua Beach, a great, rock-free swimming beach. Explore the beach path for miles in both directions!

This home is privately owned and managed. We are just a phone call, text, or email away. We have perfect reviews because (we are told) guests know that we are committed to giving our guests the best experience possible.

Our one-bedroom, one-bath unit is on the second floor with fantastic ocean views from the living room, dining room, kitchen, and bedroom. You will see a perfect sunset every night from the lanai.

In the living room, I installed a brand new, vibrant 77" UHD OLED TV. We have cable TV, a Chromecast, and access to streaming services. The couch is home to a pull-out double-size bed.

There is a large wrap-around lanai in front of the living room and bedroom.

The huge bedroom has a California king bed, a new 65" TV, and two full-size closets.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Our guests tell us that our units are the best stocked condo rentals they have stayed in.

We provide beach towels, Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrellas, and other beach vacation amenities.

Wailea Elua is a gated, low-density complex within walking distance of Shops at Wailea, restaurants, resorts, and so much more. Ulua Beach, which fronts the property, is steps away for excellent snorkeling and sunbathing.

In addition, the complex has a pickleball court, pools, an exercise facility, and 24-hour security. You are surrounded by very lush and beautifully maintained landscaping; without a doubt the best landscaping in all Wailea.

We have stayed at Elua Village many times but this was our first experience staying in the newly remodeled unit 1310. We loved it. It has tastefully been updated with a lot of thoughtful extras included (Amazon Echo with full music selection and smart controls, a well-stocked kitchen, beach chairs and snorkeling gear, and more). The property manager is super responsive and the communication is excellent. And, perhaps most importantly, the location is ideal. We will stay here again for sure.

Stunning Spot in Wailea

We've been coming to Hawaii for two decades, and this is hands down the best place we've stayed. It's expensive to stay waterfront in Wailea -- and I was reluctant to book at first -- but wow, this place is worth every penny. The ocean views are incredible, and we planned our days around watching the sunsets from our balcony.The location is perfect. Beach, shops, and walking trail are steps away, plus there's even a pickle ball court with paddles and balls ready to use.The condo has everything you need - great kitchen, comfy king bed, nice towels, beach umbrellas/boogie boards/snorkel gear, and it's clean and well furnished. Scott, the owner, is fantastic and easy to work with.I would love to keep this place all to ourselves, but the right thing to do is share how incredibly fabulous it is! If you're on the fence about booking - just do it!

We had an absolutely perfect week in this beautiful Wailea condo. Amazing ocean and sunset views, close access to the beach and pool. We had everything we needed in the unit and thoughtful extras were included by the owner like beach chairs and umbrellas. Great location

Perfect spot for my spouse and I to relax for a few days. The grounds and the views from the lanai are beautiful. It’s an easy walk to explore the other resorts along the Wailea Beach path, or the Shops of Wailea. We also enjoyed snorkeling at the beach right in front of the condo. Hopefully we’ll be back someday!

We had such an amazing vacation! The condo was perfectly appointed and in the ideal location. The views...the views from the condo are simply spectacular! Every morning and evening, a cool breeze came through which cooled the entire condo...no need for air conditioning, even in July! We will be back!

Outstanding unit

This unit was great and even better than we expected. It is as close to the water as you can get at Elua. Also, since it is a corner unit, the balcony provides views from two sides. It had everything we needed. The managers checked to make sure it was ok and responded quickly to questions. One feature that I really liked was that the shower had three shower heads working together. This compensated for the usually slow water flow that you get in hotels and rentals. All in all I would highly recommend this unit.

Beautiful and relaxing property

The Beach Front Elua Condo was the perfect place for our family to stay and relax while on Maui. The condo location cannot be beat, just steps from one of our favorite beaches in Maui. From the lanai we enjoyed our morning coffee, several afternoon naps, and the wonderful evening sunsets. The interior of the condo was well thought out, clean, and modern. It was plenty of space for our family of four (two adults and two kids 9 and 12). The on island representative and the owners were very responsive to any questions we had. We hope to enjoy the property again soon on a future trip to Maui.
