This ocean view unit is superior to all others and is one of only a few that has a wide open kitchen and no silly walls blocking your view! It has a very spacious floor plan and plenty of room! Our unit is very clean and cozy and is decorated in island style. We have the best maids that keep it very clean. This unit is painted with neutral colors and is a very homey and comfortable unit. It is fully furnished and has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook! It has very large sliding glass windows opening up to the lanai from both the living room and bedroom. There are ocean views from each room!

The ocean and beach are only steps away. Watch amazing sunsets, directly from our lanai or take a walk down to our beach. Our beach is great for running, walking, strolling, kayaking, paddle boarding, watching sunsets and sunrises and whatever else you may have in mind. This is a beautifully maintained property and a very quiet resort complex, which will allow for a great vacation and peace of mind. Relax in the hot tub or enjoy a meal or a cocktail from the lanai.

You will have fabulous accommodations with CENTRAL air conditioning, ceiling fans, televisions, DVD player, beach gear, WiFi, cable television, music and a fully-equipped kitchen. This is in addition to a free WELCOME BASKET which includes a bag of coffee and other Hawaiian snacks! This is one of the only complexes that offer central air conditioning.

This 5th floor, 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit not only has ocean, sunset and mountain views, it overlooks the fabulous pool area. Just down the elevator, we are steps to the pool, hot tub and barbeque areas. Book with us and have an unforgettable vacation!! We have been doing this since 2008 and we know how to do it right!

Because we have a fully-equipped kitchen with all of the amenities of home, you can cook your own meals and mix your own cocktails. This will save you a lot of money. With the convenience of Costco being right down the street from the Kahului airport, it provides for easy shop and go. In addition, Times Supermarket, Safeway and Foodland are right down the street from our unit. Should you want to eat out, restaurants and bars are nearby. Should you want to shop, malls and shopping centers are only minutes away as well. We are also close to bus stops if you don't want to drive. Book with us and save money!

***Disclaimer: We allow use of our beach gear and other equipment only as a courtesy to our guests. This is an added benefit at no extra cost. Beach gear is subject to a lot of wear and tear and is replaced on an as needed basis when we are informed of such. Though we try our best to stay on top of it and replace equipment, we cannot always guarantee the existence, condition, functionality, size, etc. as some guests break, lose or take our equipment and do not replace it. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

***Work that could involve intermittent noise could happen on occasion. Maintenance being performed, other units being remodeled, etc.

***These are individually owned units. Every owner has the right to update and do repairs on their unit. We notify our guests when we are made aware of such activity. However, many times, we are not notified until the last minute. We cannot guarantee that there will not be some type of maintenance going on either on the property or in a unit during your stay. It is out of our control. When you book a condo anywhere on the island, you must understand that there could be maintenance going on at any time. These properties are decades old. Please know that should any issues arise during your stay, we do everything within reason to make it right. Questions are always welcome.
