Enjoy stunning ocean views from the private lanai of this unit. This Ocean Front condo is located on the third floor. There is one bedroom and one bathroom. The bedroom has a king bed and the full bathroom is next to the bedroom. The living room has a sofa bed that can sleep two people, allowing this unit to accommodate up to four (4) people. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living area and the lanai, creating a large living space. There is carpeting in the living room and bedroom and tile in the rest of the unit. This unit has a washer and dryer.

Complex Amenities: Note: Each year the pool will be closed for repairs for two weeks, starting on the second Monday of September. This year (2025) the Sugar Beach Resort pool area will be closed beginning 9/08/25 and reopening 9/24/25.

Shabby unit in great location

The condo is very dated, definitely needs a fresh coat of paint and new flooring or a rug. The shag carpet looks and smells like it has been there for decades. Great location, convenient to everything. Beach access is fantastic. Would recommend the resort but not this unit.
