Sit on your lanai and enjoy the Ocean Front views that will make you feel like you are sitting on the water. This third-floor condo has one bedroom and one bathroom. The bedroom has a king bed and the living room has a pull-out sofa bed, allowing this unit to accommodate up to four (4) people. The furnishings are a mixture of rattan and tropical decor and the flooring is a mixture of carpet and tile. Enjoy stunning ocean views from this unit.

Complex Amenities: Note: Each year the pool will be closed for repairs for two weeks, starting on the second Monday of September. This year (2025) the Sugar Beach Resort pool area will be closed beginning 9/08/25 and reopening 9/24/25.

I should be given half the credit of the stay as i send several email for washer not working, internet not working, television were so slow that it took ages to launch app. Night lamps and bed had so much dust that we got allergies.

Will not go through VRBO again.

Will not go through VRBO again. This rental did not meet our expectations. Photo showed a nice patio set up but when we arrived the table and chairs were literally falling apart. Dust everywhere, had to wash anything used in kitchen since it was obviously not clean, dishes left in dishwasher, check in process was not friendly and never got a packet of info only code to restroom and pool. We visit Sugar Beach resort twice a year for a couple weeks but won’t go through VRBO again. Please take me off your email list. Thank you!
