Welcome to our one-bedroom condo in Kamaole Sands located in desirable Building 5, unit 307. As new owners we strive to provide an excellent service and environment for our guests, so did multiple upgrades for our condo:

July 2023:
-New Split AC system in both living room and bedroom
-New full size Samsung washer and dryer
-New king size matrass
-New fridge with ice maker
-New sofa sleeper in the living room
-New reclining armchair- New 65” smart TV
-Newly refinished bathtub in the master bathroom
-New art

November 2024: Kamaole Sands has finished the first phase of large renovation project (pipes and roof replacement) including our building. Once we got our unit back we did another round of improvements for our unit:
- New cook range and microwave
- New dishwasher
- New kitchen facet
- New vanity in the hall bathroom
- New countertop/shelves in the hall
- New paint in both bathrooms and the hall
- Master bathroom now has weight scale
- New vacuum cleaner for your convenience
- New rug in the living room

With these latest upgrades it makes it perfect place to relax and soak up the island vibes and feel like home. With an ocean view from the lanai and the inner circle of the complex, including the pool, you'll have everything you need to make the most of your Hawaiian getaway.

The bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed with new orthopedic matrass, providing a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring. The master bathroom is conveniently located in the bedroom for privacy and convenience.

In the living room, you'll find a cozy new queen-size sleeper sofa, a comfortable reclining armchair, and a brand new 65" TV for your entertainment needs. There's also a second bathroom with a shower, providing plenty of space and flexibility for everyone in your party. New washer and dryer in unit for your use can make for light packing.

As you step into our condo, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy living space that's perfect for relaxing. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up a delicious meal, including a Keurig coffee maker to help jumpstart your day. The dining area is perfect for enjoying your creations with family and friends.

But perhaps the best part of our condo is the outdoor space. Step onto the lanai and you'll be greeted by stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and lush tropical foliage. It's the perfect place to sip your morning coffee or enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sets.

Loved the suite & the view!

Location at Kamaole Sands is great. A beautiful sunset view and close to the pool and a short walk to the beach. Suite was well-outfitted with everything we needed and more. Host was easy to contact with one minor issue and was happy to hear from us. We will definitely try to book this suite again on our next trip to Maui.

Most beautiful sunset!

Anton’s place was great for our short stay. I was a little nervous coming from a bigger single family house rental in Kauai but Anton’s place was very comfortable for a family of 4. I have to say the master bedroom mattress was the most comfortable bed I ever slept in. Kitchen was well stacked, washer and dryer was super convenient. Having morning coffee on the balcony was great but not as good as sunset cocktails . Sunset view was absolutely stunning! Parking was convenient and plenty available around the apartment.Anton was easy to communicate with , I would highly recommend his apt to anyone.

Resort feel but with the comforts of home

Wonderful accommodation. It had two air conditioning units - one in the living room and one in the bedroom. We stayed in 3 different units for our vacation and we found that a bedroom unit is a must-have for sleeping comfortably in Maui. The kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs, and there are beach chairs and an umbrella (plus beach toys) which were much appreciated. The condo looks onto the pool area with a partially-obstructed view of the ocean beyond. You could watch the sun-setting from your Lanai. Beautiful! The two full bathrooms were a plus, as was the washer/dryer combo. The complex itself is perfectly located. Across the street is a beautiful beach, and a short walk away are two other beaches and restarants. We booked this condo on the fly as our previous condo in another location got flooded. VRBO doesn't allow same-day bookings and the condo wasn't ready for guests. However, the owner was extremely accommodating. He got the cleaner in there and, thanks to his speedy replies, we were well-informed and figured out the logistics in no time. He saved the day for us!

Wonderful unit at a great resort

We’ve stayed at Kamaole Sands multiple times over the years, but this condo is likely near or at the top of our list. The unit is nice and clean and very well appointed with everything a person needs for an enjoyable trip to Maui. The bed is comfy and my kids were also comfortable and slept well on the pull out sofa bed. The split AC is a must have!The wagon, chairs, cooler and beach toys made for convenient beach days and the resort itself is amazing as always. Barbecues on the property are very well maintained and Anton is a great, responsive host. I would recommend and would definitely book again!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. Anton was attentive and informative from the beginning and responded quickly to messages. We really appreciated that when something came up with our flight he helped to sort out a solution for us and it made all the difference in the world. We also appreciated all the items included in the unit including the cart, pool noodle, beach chairs, boogie boards, and umbrella and lots of beach towels! The AC was also perfect for our needs, though we could also open up the lanai and door to get a draft through the unit. Our favourite part of our stay here was getting up early in the morning and sitting on the lanai with a coffee and listening to all the local birds. We also loved how easy and quick the walk was to the Kam 3 beach across the street where you can see turtles and go boogie boarding depending on the day. Thanks again for a great stay and we will be back!!

Amazing stay in Maui

It was our first time in Maui and first time staying in Kamaole Sands and we were not disappointed. Everything looked even bigger and better in person. The suite is spacious, but our favorite part was the balcony with the view of the pool and the ocean. We loved watching sunsets and hanging out there in the mornings. Overall great experience with Anton and the property, already looking forward to staying again next year.

AMAZING Stay!

Anton's place felt like a resort, with a perfect view of the pool and ocean. They conveniently provide everything you need for your vacation including a washer/dryer, beach equipment (boogie boards, towels, snorkel gear, a wagon, umbrella, etc.). The amenities at this condo were also amazing, with a large pool, two jacuzzis, ping pong table, and a tennis court. He was also very responsive and cordial when we texted him, and also provided a nice box of chocolate for us. We could not have asked for a better Vrbo experience here!

Anton is a fantastic host. He kept in touch during the entire stay to ensure all was well, and answered and followed up on all the questions I had. The property was clean (even the window frames), and all of the features and amenities are as described. AC and ceiling fans are effective to keep the unit comfortable, and kitchen is well stocked (including with coffee which was much appreciated). Location near Kamaole Beach Park was great for watching the sunset every night. Fitness centre on the property is well-equipped and the games room/library area near the pool is cozy if you need to kill time before checkin. Would recommend!
