Welcome to our villa......First and foremost, our condo is professionally cleaned and disinfected using best-in-class methods and solutions. Your health, safety and comfort is our top priority. The unit has fiber optic 300 mb service, perfect for remote business.

Our ground floor condo features custom high end finishes and furnishings throughout and is situated in a very relaxing setting within minutes to amazing beaches, restaurants, golfing and shopping in the upscale Wailea resort. The fully equipped kitchen, large comfortable living space, master suite with superior support and comfort king mattress with topper and walk-in spa shower, split system A/C unit and ceiling fans in bedroom and living room and a private lanai will ensure a comfortable and memorable stay in paradise.

All your entertainment needs will be fulfilled with TV’s in the living room and bedroom, a blue tooth ready stereo, high speed internet, HDTV, Apple TV and a blue ray DVD. Additionally, our condo is equipped with Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella and a cooler for a day trip or a great day at one of many spectacular beaches that are only minutes away.

We spent 12 nights in Jennifer’s place at Grand Champions in Wailea. The unit is perfect for 2 adults, updated and clean. They had Beach gear and everything we needed for the stay. Location is the best you can get that is not beachfront. We had no need to contact the host that says it all.

The condo was very nice and very well stocked with everything we needed. It is a large unit compared to other units. It's very close to a small and large shopping center with many choices of restaurants. The beaches and the coastal walkway are also very close. We would definitely recommend this unit and we would definitely stay again in the future.

Great Location!

This condo was so calm, cool, and beautiful! My husband and I were on our first vacation without any kids and we were not disappointed with anything. It’s close to shopping and great food. Peaceful Stay in Wailea

The condo is spacious and modern. The location is ideal for those wanting a quiet retreat in the Wailea planned development without the controlled chaos of a big resort hotel environment. The kitchen is great for dining in and it was wonderful to have beach chairs, a cooler, and a beach umbrella (and towels!) available for our use. The only negative about the location is that the area isn't well suited for walking to nearby restaurants or shops. You can do it for sure, but just have to work around golf links, etc. Wailea is an auto-centric area. The property owner is super responsive and helpful and we were very happy with our choice for a restful (but active) week on Maui.

The condo was exactly as pictured. Everything was very clean and we were very comfortable. Location is great! Had one small issue (no fault of the owner), but Jennifer was very quick to reply and offer help. We would definitely stay here again!

Easy to check in and they make it feel like a home. Clean and modern with a nice balcony for afternoon sun. There is a market close by that you can get everything you need. Washer and dryer in the unit makes it perfect for the end of a trip!

We had a wonderful stay! The property is in a great location, close to lots of beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The owner was wonderful—clear instructions, a binder full of lots of helpful suggestions in the area, and very responsive. I also appreciated how clean everything was, especially given the pandemic.

Immaculate, modern and tranquil.

This Wailea condo far exceeded our expectations and was a great home base for our Maui vacation. A lot of thought has gone into the unit to help make a vacation easier (“beach box”, well equipped kitchen, brand new washer/dryer etc). The unit was modern and beautifully decorated with an open airy feeling and is truly “PRISTINELY” clean. The complex is very friendly and quiet, we had zero issues with noise from other guests or the tennis area. The Shops at Wailea (open air mall) and a great selection of beaches are a short walk away. Jennifer was great to deal with from start to finish. We originally planned to split our vacation between two communities but chose to stay our entire vacation at this condo because it was so fantastic (thank you Jennifer for accommodating us with this). This is a spectacular condo to stay at and we 100 percent recommend this condo to anyone and absolutely look forward to returning and staying again! Thank you again Jennifer and Phil.
