Condo is in a great location 90 second walk to the beach and far enough from the road that traffic noise won't bother you. The condo is quite spacious, bed is comfortable. The people in the office are friendly and helpful.

Great location and friendly atmosphere

The location of this complex is wonderful. Kam III is the perfect beach and you can walk to town or resorts. Unit has not been updated but it has everything you need! (Though I don’t understand the carpet decision).

Enjoyed. Recommend ac, cocktail glasses, coffee pot broken, matching new set of dishwater, fridge leaks. Prob a $200 investment. Otherwise all was good. Thank you!

We loved it!

We stayed 51 nights and enjoyed it!! The compound service was extraordinary, they were available and tried to help immediately with any request. Internet connection was a bit slow for video chats, due to infrastructure in the area. Overall we had a very good experience.
