The management should provide parking permits in the room upon checkin. The first three days we were not provided with permit and we got a notice that the car will be towed out. And we were told by management to go use a public parking nearby. This was the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. There was plenty of parking spots in front of us, but with permit. We were told to pick up permit in the office, but the office was always closed. On day 3 after much talk and complain we got the permit. A lot of vacation time was wasted. The studio was clean, but there was no kitchen knife, only small serrated knife that didn’t cut, no water and wine glasses, no bottle opener. There were huge dinner plates, but you can’t wash them in the only bathroom sink with low profile faucet. The wall A/C is practically making only noise and not cooling the room. The listing said there is a washer and dryer, but when we arrived, we were told that we cannot use it although it was on the same balcony where we were staying. They advised us to go use a public laundromat. If you rent this condo make sure to bring more clothes. There was a tiny Nespresso machine for coffee with four capsules. We wanted more and were told to go and buy from the store. We couldn’t find anywhere. Another waisted time from our vacation. After more texts and complaints they gave us more capsules. Overall, we didn’t have good experience and we wouldn’t stay there again.
