Literally just Steps from the beach, Kihei Holiday 119 is a beautifully remodeled 2 bedroom 1 bathroom condo fronting the gorgeous sandy beaches of North Kihei. The walk to the beach takes less than 30 seconds, we have counted 48 steps!!

This modern condo has recently been refreshed with all new furniture, paint, artwork, linens and kitchenware.

The master bedroom has a king bed and comes equipped with a cold blowing window AC unit, and large streaming TV. The 2nd bedroom has a brand new queen bed, window AC unit, and large streaming TV as well. Additionally, there is a brand-new queen-size pullout sleeper sofa in the living room as an additional sleeping option.

This condo offers a beautiful, fully stocked kitchen with all the accessories and appliances you will need to create a wonderful meal at your Maui home. There is a washer and dryer in unit, as well as high-speed WIFI and a desk for a convenient remote workspace, a brand new window AC unit in the living room, a gorgeous tile bathroom, beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, cooler and much, much more!

The condo includes 1 parking space with plenty of additional guest parking available for free. There is an in-ground pool and hot tub on property, as well as a BBQ area. Beautiful, clean condo within walking distance of beach. We did not swim at that location because recent storms made the area have brown water while we were there. However, there are plenty of beaches nearby that were easy to drive our family too. We loved the location in KÄ«hei close to lots of great places to eat as well. Condo was clean and stocked with lots of towels for our use. Great stay!

Clean rooms. Just be aware that we did see a few bugs and the AC units can be loud at night. If you unplug the unit and use the overhead fans, we slept great. Kitchen had most essentials for cooking. Living room was comfy for sitting.

We had an absolutely incredible stay! From start to finish, the communication was excellent — quick, clear, and so helpful. The accommodations were spotless and beautifully maintained.We were especially impressed with all the thoughtful extras: plenty of towels, extra supplies, and amazing beach gear including chairs, an umbrella, and coolers. This condo was a cute and cozy place for our family of 4. Everything was clean and just how the pictures showed. The complex is quiet. The pool was so nice too! The location is very convenient, just steps from the beach! My only mild complaint- the kitchen is not well-stocked to do much cooking. Very few dishes, dull knives, etc. We like to stay in condos so we can cook and save money on eating out, so that was difficult. The fridge did break the second day we were there, and the property manager got someone to come and fix it right away. We had to live out of coolers for a couple days, but what can you do? They did the best they could with the situation and were very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location in Kihei

Communication with property manager was easy and they responded quickly . This first floor. 2 bedroom was perfect for our stay . The beach literally steps away and almost felt like a private beach at times. Condo had all our beach gear needs . Kitchen well equipped and clean . Beds were comfortable , nice living room area to relax . Assigned parking spot very close . I would stay here again if available .

First family vacation

This was our daughter’s first trip. She is 10 weeks old. My husband and I really enjoyed the location of this condo. Being able to just walk across the street to get to the beach was perfect for us with our daughter. Also, being able to walk back to the condo or use the pool when our daughter had enough at the beach was great. The condo had everything we needed for cooking, relaxing and having a great vacation. Parking was easy and super close to the condo and it seems like a nice little community.
