The host communicated excellently both before and throughout our stay. The condo was spotless, ideally located, and offered plenty of amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked, there were ample towels, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We appreciated having beach chairs, an umbrella, and boogie boards available; snorkel equipment was also provided, though we brought our own. The pool and BBQ access were fantastic. Overall, it’s a great location—right across the street from a beautiful beach and within easy walking distance to shops, cafés, restaurants, and grocery stores.

Maui Banyan review
My friend and I were in town to do volunteer work and we needed a place to sleep and shower. The ad said it was a remodeled unit but there were still some places that needed to be cleaned (bathroom vent, closet shelves) and repainted. The appliances requested showed obvious signs of use. Despite these flaws, the communication with the managing company, specifically Lukas and Todd, were excellent. They made sure my requests were fulfilled. The location is right across the beach making it easily within walking distance and finally, it appeared there was 24-hour security which made it safer for the people and our vehicles.
