This fourth floor unit is one of 7 timeshare units at The Kihei Surfside. Occasionally we rent intervals at the request of owners who are unable to use their dates. This unit is a nicely appointed, fully remodeled (summer of 2021) oceanfront property. It is a one bedroom, one and a half bathroom unit (630 sq ft plus lanai) that has spectacular ocean views from the living room, dining, kitchen, and lanai. The tile floors, and lovely maple cabinetry are consistent throughout the unit, which is meticulously maintained by its property managers. The kitchen has an island and granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances; flat top stove, fridge with ice maker, dishwasher multi-function microwave oven, garbage disposer and a variety of small appliances including coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, blender, rice maker and hand mixer and is fully equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your vacation. There is also a large selection of higher end pots and pans, baking pans, kitchen knives, BBQ tools and ample matching dishes, glasses and cutlery. The living room has a queen sized sofa-bed, a flat screen LCD-HD TV, HD cable box, DVD player and multi-speed ceiling fan. There is also free wireless and Ethernet wi-fi, and free long distance calls to the USA and Canada. The dining area has a round glass table with 4 matching armchairs. The private lanai has a bistro table with two armchairs; a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or sunset cocktails! Turtles and dolphins can be seen year round, whales in season. The bedroom has a high quality king size bed, Hawaiian style furniture and multi-speed ceiling fan. There is also a digital security safe. The bathrooms have granite counter tops and the master bathroom has a full sized walk-in tiled shower.
This condo is fully equipped with fresh linens and towels, hair dryer, iron/ironing board. All units have beach towels and a cooler. Umbrellas and snorkel gear are NOT supplied, but are often left behind in the units by other guests – no guarantees. The Kihei Surfside office loans out beach chairs free of charge during regular business hours - Monday to Saturday. Office is closed Sundays and Holidays. Coin laundry facilities are available on site.
This unit is an excellent choice for couples looking for a clean, comfortable and classy, high end oceanfront condo with a spectacular and absolutely unobstructed direct view of the Pacific Ocean, south Kihei shoreline and the West Maui mountains. The Kihei Surfside building is located on the southern end of Kihei near Wailea, right at the north end of Keawakapu Beach, which in addition to being great for walking, sunning, swimming, snorkeling and boogie boarding, is one of the finest white sand beaches you will find anywhere.
