The bed was comfortable. Linens clean. Bigger than expected for 4 adults. Very limited silverware and dishes. Tiki resturant was good. We didn't try the Asian resturant. There was an Asian market, but very small and only accepted cash. Excellent airport transfer.

When i arrived they claimed to not have my booking. They then said i had to book witg them directly. They then said i can pay with my card for the room but each addition guest i had to give them cash. Theg saud j would have to cancel my booking but refused to accept thr cancellation hence taking my money. They then claimed i stayed at their residence when trying to make a claim with orbitz.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment during our 2 night quarantine. This was the best decision we made. The accommodation was incredibly comfortable, good mosquito nets, comfortable mattress, (pillows a bit large and thick), good screens on the windows for good inside temperature. The fridge, microwave all worked well. Hot water from the solar heating was great and consistent. Service was great for a Rwandan establishment. We enjoyed the Chinese food option - they make some good food. Swam in the pool, it's shallow but clean. Reception was very helpful, responded to our whatsapp inquiries while on the premises very promptly. We even arranged for the airport transfer SUV to take us home afterwards. Would highly recommend this spot for simple spacious accommodation for a family.
