The River Kiah Retreat

The River is something special. Surrounded by lush bush and set on the Kiah River 2km from the ocean, the 50 acre property is truly secluded with no traffic noise and beautifully limited reception. If you're up for exploring, the Sapphire Coast is stunning and Eden, amazing food, coffee and markets are a 6 minute drive.

The stone lodge is in alignment with its surroundings with unique natural furniture, 100% linen sheets and robes, king organic wool/latex mattresses, duck down pillows, organic coffee and tea and no nasty cleaning products. It has a fully equipped kitchen and the bedroom is separate to the living space. We focus on offering opportunity to engage in ritual, slow down and leave behind that sense of urgency - making a pot of tea, diffusing essential oils, cooking over fire, reading a good book on the riverbank, walking and swimming in fresh flowing water..... The property is unique with private river access, views of the ocean and no neighbors. And it's beautiful here on the far South Coast of NSW all year round - mild in Winter and Summer. We love hosting couples who are seeking a different type of holiday - one where you slow down and get present with the support of nature and seclusion. We are adult only and limit the number of guests on the property to 8 at any one time which is part of the magic. Kayakers and mountain bike riders very welcome.
