The Arkanchi Hotel is perfectly located inside Ichan Kala, just steps from Khiva’s main sights. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned, and the rooftop terrace offers beautiful sunrise and sunset views. Staff are friendly and very helpful, making the stay feel personal and welcoming. Breakfast is good, though a bit simple, but the overall experience is fantastic. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to stay inside the old city.

Very Nice and clean hotel right in the heart of Khiva. Very walkable and warm staff. Great breakfast with good options. But I wish they had coffee in the morning. The facility could use some upgrades. Overall a great place to stay if traveling alone or with family.

I would gladly return to this hotel

The hotel is located in the best area of ​​the old town, very kind staff, spacious and clean room, good breakfast. The roof terrace is beautiful, with a small bar open in the evening. We went up to the tragedia and it was beautiful. It could be used better, because it really has great potential. Khiva is a jewel and will remain in our hearts forever! Highly recommended as a tree.
