Pros: close to city centre, friendly staff, free parking and free breakfast. Cons: no centralized heating in the room in December (portable heater only), TV remote was missing, broken toilet seat, there was no second night table, breakfast had variety but the food was cold.

Modern hotel in an old city

This is a great little hotel with friendly staff who speak English, comfortable and clean rooms and a spa and restaurant available on the premises. You'll have to get a taxi or uber to get around but they are inexpensive and everything was about 10-15 mins drive away. A good breakfast buffet with warm and cold options available. Will book again when I'm in kharkiv :-)

Our group of 6 stayed here multiple nights before and after a camping trip we undertook as a team. The experience each time was just about perfect. Check in was quick and easy. Lift was roomy and always working. Housekeeping was thorough and professional. The AC did not get quite as cool as wanted it to but that was not a major problem at all. The friendliness of the Front Desk and Housekeeping staff shone brightly. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was good but was best if you got there when it was first offered at 7 a.m. On our first stay, a young lady keep the offerings stocked and fresh. On our second stay, a young man did not and by 9 a.m. the breakfast offerings looked meager and picked over. It might have been an issue with him being a new team member. When asked to refill dishes and pitchers, he readily did but it would have been ideal if he would have been on the lookout to so himself. Good location close to ATMs, banks, grocery stores, and public transport. As I said, we liked it to much we stay there multiple nights multiple times and would do the same again without hestitation. Great wifi too!

Fantastic hotel Very flexible

No matter what you Hear about ukraine and hotels I can confirm this is a great hotel for a non ukrainian or nayive speaking customer. Very good value for money and in summer the room was very very cold. the staff are very nice. the location is right next to the city centre. it is a wonderful hotel in its price bracket if you are going to kharkiv you need to stay here... I had an emergency had to leave and my stays were granted on my next Visit

Séjour pendant Covid-19 en Décembre. Points négatifs: Changements de préstations dûs au Covid pas indiqué sur site: Absence buffet petit-déjeuner, minibar. Pas de transfert aéroport- hotel. Chauffage insuffisant par température extérieure sous 0 dégrées. Quelques faux déclanchements alarme incendie. Les changements de préstations due au Covid devrait être indiquées sur le site, comme ca dure depuis un moment. Points positifs: Personnel aimable, serviable, parlant anglais, très bonne cuisine, chambre confortable, bien équipée. Parc, tram et magasin 24 heures à proximité.
