Keystone townhouse

The TH was as advertised, well appointed, three nice size bedrooms, and a wonderful living room with a fireplace. It was a close walk to the bus stop, and the mountain was the first stop. We had a great time, would definitely rent again.

Good, but a few things could be better

We enjoyed our stay in Keystone. The property was clean and we enjoyed having a washer/dryer. Although few things could have made it better: - Information about the property was either vague / incorrect. For instance, all communications said we would receive a door code upon check in. We arrived at the property with our entire family and could not find door code. When we called the property manager office, we were told we need to drive and pick a card key (about 10 minutes away). Overall fine, but after a long drive, it was not ideal. Additionally, instructions on where the trash was located were vague. Property manager was kind and had to walk us through how to find it using a satellite map. Would have been helpful to have more specific / clear directions. - Driveway was extremely icy and slick. Multiple family members slipped and fell throughout the stay, and it became quite problematic whenever any of us wanted to leave. I'm not sure why this was not shoveled or salted/graveled, as all of the other condos within the complex (including the connecting units on either side) did not have this issue. - Wifi did not work well, and smart TV was more or less unusable. We would be able to watch about 5 minutes of a movie, and then it would "buffer" and never restart. Okay since we love to play board games, but just a head's up if you're expecting movie nights!I think if these items were corrected, it would make a big difference overall to the guest experience!

The condo was perfect. Even better than the photos. Ideal location, close to the gondola as well as near town and restaurants. Will def be staying here again!
