This over-sized condominium in the Springs at River Run has it all! This unit has over 1150 square feet with two bedrooms, three full baths (two with dual vanity), a Murphy bed and a pull out sofa -- it is more than 1/3 larger than a Springs two bedroom two bath condo. It can sleep eight in comfort. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, the other three beds are all queen sized.

This unit is loaded with features and decorating extras that will make you feel at home. The full sized kitchen has new GE Profile appliances with three ovens (two are convective).

A Luxury La Z Boy Sleeper Sofa and La Z Boy recliner have just been added to the unit. You will be able to relax in comfort after a long hard day of activities.

The balcony has great views! After enjoying your day skiing, put your skis in your own ski locker, drink your favorite beverage, relax next to your own stone gas fireplace and watch your 40' HDTV.

When it's time to retire for the night, you have a 42' LCD HDTV in the master bedroom and a 40' LED HDTV in the 2nd bedroom. Also every TV has a DVD player. Enjoy a different movie each night from a 50+ DVD collection with a wide selection of choices. The kids will love Clifford the Dog and the parents will enjoy Big Jake. A stereo system with an iPod Dock is available from the master bedroom. Free wireless internet is available throughout the building.

Amazing condo just a short walk to the gondola!

This condo has everything you need for a wonderful stay at Keystone. The walk to the gondola is absolutely short enough to do in ski boots, which makes a huge difference. The fully-stocked kitchen makes it easy to cook instead of eating out every meal. And the owner was really great about communicating with us on check-in procedures. We will absolutely be back!

So convenient to walk 5 minutes to the Gondola and into River Run Village! Ski locker was convenient, condo was well stocked. Had a great trip for our family of 5. Construction next door takes away a bit of the mountain view, but didnt affect our amazing stay!

Great stay! Condo was wonderfully stocked with snacks, coffee creamer and so many other items. Beds were super comfy. Furniture was getting a little dated but condo was extremely clean! Dave was a wonderful host! We will definitely return!

Summer vacation

This was my family and I's first time in Colorado. When we first arrived on the property we immediately noticed construction behind where we were staying. This construction was Monday-Saturday 7am-5pm. When we got upstairs the VRBO was very dusty. Maybe it hadnt been stayed in or cleaned in quite some time. There was just complete dust everywhere! There were cleaning supplies left inside so my wife opted to clean the bathrooms before showering. The bathroom with the jetted tub had black gunk stuck in it. My wife cleaned that tub more than 3 times with a toothbrush just to insure it was somewhat clean. Still even then, it wasn't as clean as it should have been. Other than the cleanliness and loud construction our stay was pretty nice. The kids enjoyed the pool area. I do think that the description should be updated for those whom stay during off-season. Nothing is open during the weekdays only on weekends.

Spring Break Family Ski Trip

This condo was perfect for our stay at Keystone. The Springs is a convenient walk to the gondola as well as to “town.” We enjoyed the pool/hot tub atmosphere. Laundry area was clean and convenient. Our rental fit our family well with one son deciding to use the Murphy bed in the common area instead of sharing the bedroom with his brother. Our mattress was firm and super comfy. Three full baths was exceptional. Plenty of kitchen and bath toiletries and paper products supplied. The kitchen was very well outfitted having everything we needed to cook at home each night. We spent evenings in after skiing and it was very homey and comfortable. Loved my coffee with the morning light in the living room.

Great Weekend Ski Trip

We had a great time in Keystone at River Run. This is a great location an easy walk to the Gondola. The construction doesn’t really cause any problem. The condominium has everything you need for your stay.

This is a nice condo. Unfortunately, it was not all that clean with dust, dirty floors and hair inside the drawers. The pool and rec area was nice. Note that there is major construction in the area which means the walk to the gondola is about twice as far as it usually is and I was disappointed that this wasn’t communicated while selecting this rental.

Excellent condo, has everything you need for an excellent ski vacation

We have rented at Keystone for 10 years and this is our favorite condo by far. Spotlessly clean, easy check in, excellent communication with Dave, comfy beds, short walk to the slopes, and laundry steps away from the condo door. We truly appreciated all the little extras like hand soap, night lights, and the crock pot! We didn’t need the 2 extra beds or the third bathroom but it was great to know they were there. Condo has a great layout. It was a fabulous family ski vacation and we would love to rent Dave and Desi’s condo again next year. Thank you so much!
