Really enjoyed our stay, would happily stay here again, and already recommended to a friend! We have a dog-reactive canine so staying in a quiet area with smaller buildings was very ideal; it was so easy to get in an out with her for potty times and walks, even with an equally reactive dog upstairs at the time (we just all did our best to politely avoid each other and it was fine). Great one bedroom unit for a couple and we liked that, due to the sloping land, you still get the feeling of an actual balcony off the back of the building, and our dog loved having access to the sunshine and good sniffs. Kitchen was well stocked including spices and we cooked a few meals during our stay with no issues. The management company was FANTASTIC - friendly, helpful, communicative, and prompt. Out the back just out of sight is a rushing stream and gosh the ambiance it created through open doors and windows during summer was so wonderful. The place just felt right - the perfect mix of rustic, modern minimalist, and homey for our stay. I liked the layout of a front foyer area with a large sturdy doormat for shedding off boots and layers in winter. Unit does have a washer and dryer (yay!) but they are small, stacking units and didn’t fit as much as our units at home, so loads needed to be smaller. On the east side of Keystone but still an easy drive to Dillon, Breckenridge, etc. We drove to those and even Fairplay and Buena Vista as day trips during our stay.

Note: the window faces the front but the only other unit accessed from this side of the building is 1 unit upstairs.
