I'm beyond happy to give this resort a five-star rating. The staff was absolutely amazing - professional, kind, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to help me and made sure everything was perfectly prepared before I asked the biggest question of my life to my future wife. Their attention to detail and support made the moment unforgettable. The room was spotless, very comfortable and the view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. From start to finish, the experience exceeded my expectations. I can't thank the staff enough for helping make such a special moment truly perfect. Highly recommend this resort.

My wife casually mentioned we're celebrating my birthday early without expecting anything special. Staff went above and beyond and decorated our room, left a hand written card and a little treat. Always fun to stay at the Lodge. Rooms are always lovely. Food is always good. Love the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. The outside pool temp was too cold for the guests :( Surprised there is no longer valet parking. Not enough business I guess.

Rooms are outdated. Slow drain in the bathroom sink. Key stopped working twice during our 2 night stay and counter staff was rude about replacing them. Relatively inexpensive for the area so I guess you get what you pay for.

Great location, cosy room, the included spa is just a great addition to the stay. Close to lots of places to visit and eat. Friendly staff, great service. Has everything you need for winter stay, humidifier and extra heater are in the room, mini fridge, microwave. The beautiful view from the balcony, the lake right next to the hotel, breakfast cafe, overall we were very happy to stay here!
