Remarkable corner unit with priceless views is the perfect vacation getaway for a memorable time in the mountains with just a 3 minute walk to the gondola! The open space and floor to ceiling windows allow plenty of sunshine inside. Relax in the living room in front of the roaring gas fireplace, or catch the big game on the flat screen TV. Soak in the breathtaking views of the ski slopes from your private balcony. The well appointed kitchen is the perfect place for preparing all of your meals at home. Serve up to 4 people at the dining room table.

The primary bedroom features a king size bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom features a shower/tub combination. There is a queen Murphy bed in the living space as well as a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate additional guests. 

Expedition Station is amenity rich and sure to please everyone in your family. Take a dip in the year round outdoor heated pool and hot tub. Gather in the impressive lobby in front of the gas fireplace, watch a movie on the TV, and challenge your friends to a game of pool. There is a fitness center and laundry facilities throughout the building for your convenience. Step out your front door and walk a short 3 minutes to the lifts. Enjoy all of the shopping, dining, and night life that River Run Village has to offer. This condo was one available parking space in the underground garage. 

*Please note the Expedition Station HOA will begin charging $8 a day for parking starting November 1st, 2025*

Please read entire review. This unit was Awesome, beautifully appointed, extra amenities, extremely comfortable with a beautiful view. Location is very convenient to slopes and River Run shops. If it wasn't for the parking issue (see below), I would rate it a 6 out of 5.Our reservation package from the property managers included keys and a parking pass. Perfect, just as listed. Upon arrival and parking at Expedition Station, we noticed signs in the garage with a URL stating you must register your car. We ignored them because we had a parking pass. The next day, our car had a "Violation Ticket" on it, with another URL. Following the URL led us to a picture of our car and license plate stating that our parking pass was invalid and we must still register. However, we tried going to the registration site and it locked us out because we had a violation. After calling the property managers, they informed me that this is a new policy, instituted by the Expedition Station HOA. They were able to get the registration reset, and I registered my car for 8 per night, 24 total. So, after spending big money for an exceptional unit, our stay was significantly degraded by this ridiculous nuisance fee and the stress it caused my family. I don't know if the owners were aware, or agreed to this HOA policy, but it is insulting to guests. If 8 per night is critical to the HOA, just raise the room rate so guests don't have to deal with this hassle.

Very happy with our stay. Location can’t be beat. Right outside of skating rink and a short 5-6 minute walk thru resort center to the lifts. Easy access to food, drinks, rentals, etc. Condo was perfect size for my son and I. Covered parking and locker downstairs were nice bonuses.

Really beautiful condo with tons of windows and light. Given its location it stayed nice and cool in July without A/C. It was nicely decorated, clean and very comfortable. We really appreciated have many cooking ingredient essentials available and all the fixins for smores! The pool was great and the gym, albeit small, has everything you need. We had a great time… we just forgot to sign the guest book!

Summertime stay in Keystone

Great condo with lots of room! It was a perfect location for skiing access or just walking around Keystone Village. We did get a bit hot at night with it being very warm in the summer & no A/C-but the open windows helped.

Nice sunny unit at end of hall. Unfortunately, it’s above garage doors, so sound was mildly annoying as I was reading. Very clean, nice to have 2 bathrooms. Comfy bed. Bathrooms had nice soaps/shampoo. Good kitchen layout though low quality utensils and odd pans.We enjoyed outdoor pool, hot tub and ckean(!) bbq.Parking easily accessed by elevator.No key for ski locker even though I called and was promised one. Alas, no directions or guide for TV, and I’m not much of a techno wizard.Easy walk to gondola.Overall, a nice spot with a few minor shortcomings.

The whole building was dirty, bags of laundry in the hall for the whole time we were there, it needed a good vacuuming everywhere. We had no ski locker key or light bulb. They were repeatedly asked for.

Such a convent location. Shuttle from the airport dropped us off at the front steps to the condo.. ice-skating rink steps outside the front door. Small grocery store, conveniently located around the corner in Keystone Village along with several dining options. Very close to River run ski school and gondola. Close to green shuttle bus to mountain house. Pool, hot tub, steam room, conveniently located outside lobby area. DoorDash delivers to the location. Exceeded our expectations.

Great Location in Keystone Village

This is a great 2nd floor corner unit with views of the ski slopes. The unit has a master suite and a murphy bed with full second bathroom. The owners have decorated the interior with their personal touches giving it a real "mountain cabin" atmosphere. I would give this unit 5 stars except we encountered the following: When we arrived the master bathroom toilet was out of service with a note posted "do not use". The master bathroom drains were dirty as moldy pieces welled up into both sinks when running the water. The kitchen sink stunk as the garbage disposal appeared dirty so we had to keep a plug over the drain outlet. Really disappointing as these maintenance issues should have been taken care of before we arrived. Off site management did apologize and offered to move us to another unit but we only had 1 night left. We were also promised a credit and a discount coupon towards a future rental but we are still waiting for these as at time of writing this review.

Truly enjoyed our stay. Comfortable and plenty of space to sleep. Nice additions like shampoo, conditioner, soap and coffee left for us. Know that this building is between Peru Express and the Gondola
