I really liked this place. Especially the location to the skiing. BUT, the heat was not sufficient to heat up the rooms. I was sleeping in a room that was 64 degrees and the living room never got higher then 71 degrees and in the morning it was more like 64 degrees because we did not feel comfortable leaving the small fireplace on all night. The owners did not tell us that we may need to use space heaters! After speaking to them via text for a day and a half to try and resolve the issue they asked if we looked for space heaters in the closet. We didn't know that we would need to do that. It was very cold outside and there response after many texts was that a lot of units in Keystone have the same issue of not heating properly when it's that cold out. It would have been nice if they would have informed us prior to renting. By the end of two days of texting I just asked them if the issue was because the heating was not able to heat the townhouse and they still could not give me an answer. Finally they had a person come by to look at it and he said the heat was working as best as possible and left us a small space heater to help heat the living room. I was trying to relax after a day of skiing with three layers and a coat on to stay warm. I would expect a partial refund but have not been contacted by them since our last text. Beware if you want a place to warm up after a long day in the cold weather.
