This has to be the best place to stay in Key West. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The property grounds are beautiful - lush and green with orchids growing everywhere. The four pools make it easy to find someplace to relax. Minutes from everything on Duvall.

Key West hideaway

Great staff made for a great stay. Centrally located near Duval but quiet at night and safe. The entire staff was extremely accommodating of our needs which made for a very nice stay. Nice breakfast and offered amenities. 4 pools to choose from

Beautiful and unique property in a great locale

Beautiful and unique property. Just plan on being able to carry all your luggage upstairs if you’re not on the ground floor. There are no elevators. The stairs are narrow and difficult to navigate with luggage.

We had the most amazing stay here! The property is beautiful with the prettiest garden and orchids. Our room was lovely, the toiletries are great, the bed is very comfortable, and breakfast is fantastic. We appreciated the local bagels and many options. The hotel makes it easy to rent bikes since they are on site. The best part of the hotel has to be the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, especially Jonathan! He is the exact person you want as the face of your hotel. We look forward to another visit!

We have stayed at Simonton many times over the years. We always loved it but it’s obviously a very old property. The property itself is like vacation in a garden but the rooms could use some updating. The bed we had in our room was very uncomfortable. The service and the staff are absolutely amazing though.

We really liked this property. There are 3 pools to choose from and it's very convenient to all shops and restaurants. My only complaints are parking and having to walk up 3 flights of stairs with luggage to our room. We booked this because it said it had parking available on the property only to find out when we got there that all the spots were taken and we had to park at a parking lot blocks away. If we had known this we would have booked elsewhere. Also, they should make people aware that if the room they booked is upstairs that they would have to walk up 3 flights of stairs to their room before they book. We managed it but older people would have a really hard time.
