Great place to stay. Quiet neighborhood and close walking distance to several good eating places. Very, very clean. Check in was very quick and friendly. Will stay there again if I ever come back to Key West. I have nothing bad to say about this place. It was awesome.

Stayed in St Vincent #9. It's a BEDroom. There is maybe 2-3 feet around the bed on 3 sides. There is a set of drawers at the end of the bed and a mini fridge. There's a sink in the bedroom and two side tables. There is a bathroom with a toilet, clean soft towels, and a stand up shower. The bed was EXTREMELY comfortable! And AC and fridge worked great. There's a fan as well. There are little details, like sachet packets in the drawers and a flower bow around the shower curtain. It's very clean. The bright, Key West colors are adorable. The location is great. Next to Blue Heaven and only a few blocks from The Green Parrot and the Eastern end of Duval street. (Far from Mallory Square). We rented bikes. No helmets. My bike was rideable, but broken and annoying lol. $15/pp. The lights on the bike at night only work when you're riding fast, they're powered by the bike somehow. The staff is super helpful. The parking sucks. But you can pay $25 for one of the 4 spots if you can get one, which luckily we did. No pool. Cute little tiny bar area in the back, and lots of little two seater table and chairs around the New Orleans style wrap around patio. Roosters WILL wake you up and the walls are paper thin, you will hear your neighbors entire conversation. 🐓 ⏰ Overall it was a great experience. I really enjoyed the location.

Property is great for what you need. Sleep, rinse, rest, repeat.. I will say be cautious if you are a larger guest our particular room had a smaller than usual stand up shower, it worked great but if I was any bigger would have been a struggle. Other than that slight hiccup this property is great and a regular repeat stay for us!!

This was a really great place for convenience of walking to the tourist areas. Has the Key West vacation vibe...The staff were wonderful...the breakfast options were very good. The rooms are cozy (small) but clean and accommodating. The only downfall to our room was that it was right next to breakfast area and we could hear the people talking at 6am...and the Rooster outside of the Caribbean house crowed non stop from 4am to sunrise!! I just got used to him...part of the Key West experience. All in all, I would definitely recommend this house to others.

We found the location to be extremely convenient! Most things were within an easy 20-minute walk, and there are many options for dining nearby (including Blue Heaven, which is across the street). The staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was really nice! We stayed in the Cuba room. It was tidy and nicely appointed, but it is cozy. There’s not much space, but it would be ideal for a solo traveler. My husband and I aren’t large people, but even we were tripping over each other at times. There’s a lovely outdoor space with plenty of seating. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs! The island roosters are early risers. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

The rooms are super tiny, so pack small, but super cute! The whole place is adorable! Cute neighborhood. The staff was wonderful, very accommodating! Definitely recommend staying here!

Mattress and pillows needed replaced! Same sheets all week. You could hear luggage being rolled across floor constantly because you had to store it under bed. Cleaning crew did a good job with sanitation. Office crew were extremely helpful.

Our stay in the Cuba room was lovely for a first time Key West visit. The location is great, very near the iconic Blue Heaven and tucked away in a great neighborhood. The room was very nice but know that it is very small. It’s great there is parking but ask about destination fees that add up. All in all, we had a great experience here!
