Townhouse 202. Newly-renovated home featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 bath providing for a comfortable stay with the privacy of home. This townhome is furnished with high-qualty, modern furnishings. The Master Bath oversized tub is an excellent way to unwind after a day on the Atlantic or Florida Bay and your balcony overlooking the marina is the ideal location to relax in solitude while you prepare yourself for a day of adventure. Enjoy use of two, large swimming pools, the Waterfall Grotto Jacuzzi, or simply take a relaxing stroll around the private, gated community.




No more than two vehicles are permitted per residence. Boat dockage is not included. Slip space can be reserved directly through the HOA. We suggest Catamaran Boat Yard & Storage located less than a half-mile from Mariner's Club for trailer parking, lift/launch services, and additional or oversized vehicle parking. Additional costs apply.

Lovely Property in Nice Marina Resort

We enjoyed this multi-level property with nice furnishings and views of the marina and pool. The resort offers a game room, tennis courts, and a basketball court for which the property provided rackets, paddles, a ball, and yoga mats. The pool and grotto hot tub spa were both fabulous for soaking and lounging. The kitchen was adequate for our multiple dinners. We would stay here again!
