The shower control knob was stripped and the water was either full hot or full cold, the coffee maker didn't work correctly i put a cup of water in and got a half cup back then the next cup i again put a cup in and it overflowed. The staff was nice and the rooms were clean with comfortable beds

I truly enjoyed this property as a first time guest. Very clean, nice front desk and even received a nice view upon request. The reason why this hotel establishment only receives 2 Stars is because I accidentally left an item behind hanging in the closet (a costly item of value) and I realized about 4 hours later after I checked out of the hotel and I called the front desk the same day and was told by 3 different front desk staff that they would contact the housekeeping to check. The following day, I did not receive a call, the following day after I called back and the hotel front desk then said file a claim online. I filed and then the following day after that (now we are on day 4) I asked to speak to a manager and ask to check the room and I was told that the housekeeping service did not see the item there. I would not expect for the housekeeping service to take my item when they cleaned out the room. This action is what make me not want to return to this hotel again and to also ensure I check every part of the room before checking out.

The walls of the rooms are super thin and you hear tvs, talking, dog barking, people above you, and the doors closing have a loud locking mechanism and slam loudly shut unless manually closed by someone who cares about their neighbors. We did enjoy the pools and the tiki bar. And it’s nice to have the hotel close to the dive shop.
