Staff ok /great but many issues with room. Cold but if you turned up the humidity made the floors wet, we weren’t told till after fact that would happen. Had to use three blankets at times to keep warm.clothes even damp if air above 70. Ask at check in if had water proof mattress cover they would check because daughters have seizures and may soil bed they said they would look. We bought shower curtain put on bed still got soil from seizures one night. Only change mattess after we discovered they put new sheets on but mattress still wet. WiFi wasn’t working but front desk said it was. Stay another night so could do business call. But Tuesday wfi tech came to room to fix WiFi because it wasn’t working properly. So spent another night at app $250 to do business call because our WiFi wasn’t working would have been done if it was and wouldn’t have stayed another night. Talk to two people at pool they switched rooms because their WiFi wasn’t working but we told it was by guy at front desk. Then microwave stop in lobby so had to go for food. Then coffee pot stopped replaced twice. Now two people are ill but don’t know if because of room. We have stayed here at least 4 times no issues since Jan no issues. But feel compensation should be given.
