We rented for our 29th wedding anniversary and the hotel is nice on the outside. The pool are is maintained it has a security guard. The bartender Louis is the best. The breakfast buffet is excellent. But, there are TICKS in the rooms. We had ticks in our bed, wall and AC Room 118 and we called front desk and they moved us to Room 144. This room is terrible there were ticks, the bathroom door you couldn’t close it, the shower was in terrible condition, the AC doesn’t work well. Maintenance was called they fixed the door but did nothing about the AC. The rooms needs to be fumigated and renovated. We had a bad experience with the rooms. But the staff is great and they maintain the outside clean. When we complained about the ticks they gave us breakfast vouchers for the two days. I would not recommend staying here because of the ticks.

Traveled to the keys for the weekend to look at a venue for my son’s wedding. This hotel was quite pleasant and the service was nice and accommodating and there was a restaurant on site as well as off and many local. There pool with the bar was a nice feature as well!

We had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Key Largo! I traveled with my wife, our two kids, and my 82-year-old mom, and the hotel was perfect for all of us. The rooms were large, clean, and very comfortable. The pool area is beautiful, with waterfalls, a jacuzzi, and a cozy tiki bar where we enjoyed great drinks and food. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready with a smile. Everyone felt relaxed and well taken care of. Totally recommended for families or anyone looking to enjoy the Keys in a laid-back, welcoming place. We’ll definitely be back!

I gave it all excellent but one issue was one staff member (Female) was very rude and disrespectful but not going to punish IHG for this. Also, when you sympathize the Tiki bar is open from 11am to 9-11pm please have it open at that time not from 2-5pm - we are there for a vacation / relax / unwind. But I will stay there again as it’s close to Rainbow Reef Dive Center.

I’m not going to lie, the waterfall in the pool is one of the main reasons why I booked this place. There is a Dunkin’ around the corner, so that I could get my morning iced coffee. The rooms were clean, the bathroom was a tad smaller than I expected. But above all, I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was disgusting. All of the wash cloths and towels were visibly dirty . The pillow cases were covered in dirt and what seemed to be mascara. Had to call and ask for new ones. Put on our sheets on the bed and took all the other stuff off as it was all dirty. There were questionable white stains on the black fabric bed frame. Floors were not swept and counters not wiped down. Terrible experience and a waste of money. Definitely can find a way better experience else where.
